I ordered from here for the first time Monday 2/23/26 around 1:30a.m. I was so excited to have a late night coney island in my area. I ordered my bacon well done but this is unacceptable and inedible! Some of the hashbrowns were burnt as well. The toast was a bit stale. The parts that were edible were good. It was too late to call and return as aI had work on the morning. Granted he appeared to be working alone, was pleasant but to send this with a customer is deceitful! You can’t miss this! I was waiting patiently inside. It would have taken a few minutes to make the bacon again. Will not patronize again especially since this is how they handle their customer’s food, time and money!

I was really craving a brownie sundae, so I ordered one, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. The packaging was done very poorly, the whipped cream had melted and mixed with the ice cream, and the brownie didn’t taste fresh at all. Definitely not what I expected.

I ordered a chicken finger wrap which I didn’t realize until halfway through eating that the lettuce was completely wilted and brown! Also in one of my bites of the wrap, I crunched something hard and discovered an orange piece of plastic (which was IN MY MOUTH) just disgusting ! I threw it away immediately. Absolutely unacceptable.

Overall, a really good place to eat. It’s roomy with a bunch of seating. The staff was friendly and attentive. There is an amazing amount of variety on the menu. Food was pretty good and prices are great. The pita on my gyro was fresh and really good, but ther was a bit too much tzatziki sauce for me. The fries were really good and perfectly cooked. My wife reports that the fish was good as well. Great place for a family meal, especially for large groups. Can’t wait to visit again.

The service here was more then awful, the servers do not have common sense when it comes to doing what they are payed to do. My grandma ordered the loose burger which is ground beef,chili, mustard, onion on a hot dog bun and when her food was given to her it was only chilli and a stale bun. My grandpa and I ordered the same thing a coney, fries and a pop the coneys came out cold-ish, she didn’t refill the pop and the fries didn’t come out until we where done with our meal. My mom has a gluten allergy and she asked the waitress if they have gluten free buns/bread the waitress said yes when the food came out the waitress said they don’t have any so they’re servers lie to customers, we got to the restaurant roughly 5:50 , we didn’t get our food until 6:30 and we didn’t get the bill until 7:20 so if you ask me that is terrible service I recommend you don’t waste your time here and go somewhere better in all aspects

I ordered Cajun fires I told him please well cooked and add more seasoning on top fries literally I told 4 times it’s not even cooked well and he just sprinkled Cajun that’s it.
There is no sense and I ordered chicken fajito wrap literally I got 4 small chunks of chicken and I told him side of jalapeños and pickels successful he missed. Food sucks Plesse if your ordering food please double check you got same thing as you expected……

I’ve had many good experiences here for breakfast but found a dirty jagged piece of vinyl/plastic in my salad on my last visit at dinner time. Waitress informed the cook, who did nothing other than peek around the corner to look at us. No apology from the cook, no money off, nothing. Really disappointing.

Price is fair, servers like Teresa were very kind, aesthetic is very modern and clean, and food is your usual Coney’s. My only suggestion would be to keep some spice for the jalapeño poppers, they were zero spice, and a spicy ranch on the side would be nice if the poppers themself are kept mild. The hard-to-find coconut cream pie in other restaurants is HERE.
