Horrible customer service, the lady who took our order, acted as though she didn’t feel like being bothered. Food was bland and not fresh. We didn’t get the cheese on our cheese burger, nor did we get the “nacho” cheese on our fries. We drove 30 minutes to support a small business and needless to say, I am disappointed. Everyday that we wake up is a blessing, being able to do what you love is a blessing. If you don’t love what you, do something else. But never serve others with an attitude.

I found this hidden treasure a few years back when I was on this side of town doing some community service. This place is THE BEST IN TOWN! Has a little bit of everything. The catfish sandwich is always fresh and delicious! Or can’t go wrong with the original boss which is their burger, sooooo good! Everything is made to order so it’s always piping hot. Seasoned great and will leave your full for the rest of the day! A hole in the wall but those are the best and I’m so glad I found this place. I’m never really on this side of town but every so often I make the 2 hour drive to come get my fix

Ordered a burger and they gave me some greasy raw bacon. Also noticed the roof was leaking and caving in. Kitchen didn’t look clean. 1st time and last time I eat here. Take your money some where else.

Great food, great customer service, and affordable. My stop at Joe’s Cafe was such a treat & I’m glad i tried them at the recommendation of a friend. I called in my to go order and was amazed that when I arrived, Justin greeted me by name and with a wonderful smile. I asked how did he know it was me, and his response was based on what I said to him when I placed the phone order. Not only did Justin make my day, but Mr. Chris elevated the customer service by engaging in further conversation making me feel even more
welcome. All of this was before getting my amazing, delicious food. If you go, don’t forget to ask for the Trinity Gardens tea. Joe’s Cafe is a must try place. Let’s keep our small businesses open.

Been visiting this establishment for years trying to support a “Black Owned Business”. Today I had the worst interaction not only from an employee, but from the owner himself. As much of my hard earned money I’ve spent here, the least I expect is respect. And not laughed at during a conversation where the employees haven’t been properly trained. Learn from this experience and do better. I am NOT accepting food that was sitting over an hour and a half due to the fact your staff couldn’t locate the pick-up time on an online order.(I showed them BTW) You’re welcome…
