Second time stopping in this Hardee’s, after stopping the first time I thought about passing it; but, we don’t have Hardee’s where we live now and I miss sausage biscuits. This time was a complete turn around. The service was excellent, the sausage biscuit and Hash Rounds were perfect and I waited for fresh brewed coffee, worth the wait. I’ll definitely be stopping here on my way home next trip!!

They are always out of chicken no matter what time of the day it is. Also, they close way before they say they are open to. I ordered food there a few weeks ago and the cold slaw was so nasty. It was spoiled or something. I called to let them know about it and the lady on the phone was rude.

Worker were sitting in the dining area on the phones. The dining area was kind of dirty there was a used cup of old soda and straw paper on the floor. The staff was friendly but they were discussing personal things right on the front counter while we were trying to eat out food.

Normally always got fresh cooked food when I stop here here. Placed my order inside, only customer, food was made and slid into holding area. Cashier started emptying trash cans behind counter as I stood there waiting. After she finally finished, she bagged my order without ever washing her hands. Might be a long time before I stop again. Also, my burgers were barely warm.

My food was cold…and the burger bun soggy. Very disappointing experience. I was grateful that the drive thru people let me know that my shake lid wouldn’t stay on so I didn’t spill on myself. The shake tasted good and the onion rings were good…but I threw away the burger….such a waste.
