If a hearty meal and friendly staff are what you desire, look no further. From the moment you step in, you’re treated like family. The food being great is just the icing on top of the atmosphere Joe’s presents. Sandwiches are amazing, but a personal favourite is the Buffalo Chicken personal pizza. I’ve never had a bad meal, and hope that continues.

I just had an enjoyable meal at Joe’s, and will definitely be back. I had a bacon cheddar burger, which was cooked perfectly and was fresh and flavorful. It came with thick-cut fries, a pickle spear and an onion ring; all were excellent. I liked the atmosphere at Joe’s; the music was good and not too loud, and although it was busy, with a wait, it did not feel crowded.
My waiter was Walter, and he provided excellent service. He was friendly, attentive (but not intrusive) and professional, and he made sure that my iced tea was filled and that I was happy with the meal.

This rating is just for the burgers, although the restaurant is quite nice.
One of the best chain restaurant burger there is. (Followed closely by Charlie Brown’s) Good ground meat mixture. Thick, cooked perfectly to order (medium). Nicely charred, pink, juicy but warm inside. A minor nitpick: the bun is a little too doughy. I usually prefer a toasty bun like Portuguese buns.

My coworkers and I dine here on occasion and we did again yesterday, Sunday night. We like going here because the staff are very concientious of carefully preparing my friend’s food as she has a gluten allergy. This time around, we enjoyed our evening as we had very attentive staff (Manager Jake, and servers Chris and Victoria) who took very good care of us as my friends and I enjoyed our evening out. Great place to visit.

Fantastic Mall restaurant. Fresh food – the best freshly baked bread! Have enjoyed several items on menu and was never disappointed – Cobb salad always a favorite, good hamburgers, fajitas and spinach dip!. Also a plus, they make a proper Kir! The restaurant is popular so it is a little loud, but this a mall location let us not forget. The service is always pleasant and prompt. One of my favorite stops at Short Hills!

Awful place to eat. Tables are way too close together. My friend and I split the check so we would pay for what we ate. I paid with my debit card and she paid cash. The girl came over to the table and had me sign for $15.50 but really charged me for the whole meal and kept my friends money as tip. She kept a $12 tip and gave us horrible service. The manager accused me of trying to get a free meal even when i provided a receipt. Never going back!!!!! There are so many other great places to eat. Don’t eat here. The waiters will over charge your credit card behind your back.

Not going to lie, the server was great. But the quality of the food was just absolutely awful. Burger had no taste whatsoever, the fries looked and tasted like it sat there for hours. Shoot even the pickle that was provided had no taste. My fiancé had the chicken broccoli and ziti, which was terrible too, chicken tasted like rubber and pasta wasn’t cooked. I definitely do not recommend to anyone.

My husband have been coming here for 10 plus years since he works across the street. My favorite restaurant in this mall. It has been a great place for drinks and a burger or nice salad. The employees have always been great! We are very sad to hear it is going. And honestly surprised as it’s always packed. Thank You Joe’s!

TERRIBLE spinach and artichoke dip. 10$ for half a glass of wine. The blackened chicken pasta was okay, almost like Applebees, the mac n cheese was good, and the bread was fantastic but overall I won’t be returning, it isn’t worth the money.
