I have tried some French restaurants but not a big fan. So far, Joel robuchon and Eiffle tower are my favorites.
If you make the reservation via MGM app or website, there are only 2 options listed: tasting menu and express menu which you can decide which tier among 3 you order on site. They also have vegan menu and Wine pairing.
If you state the special occasion while booking the reservation, they normally offer the complimentary cake for the birthdays or anniversaries. And each table gets a loaf of pound cake to take home.
My favorites here are lobster, scallops, and the cold creamy foie gras. The famous French duck always scares me as it’s too raw, so our server had the chef prepare ours medium which is not as raw as other tables.
The bread cart and dessert cart are fun presentations yo your eyes. And you get to select what you like and ask for more if needed later.
It’s actually an intimate (not spacious) dining environment but with classy and luxurious interior design with indoor and patio (still indoor) seatings.
There are 3 different areas of the restaurant: waiting area with open bar, main dining room, and the artificial garden seating.
The service is lean back and friendly, comparing to the solemn servers in Eiffel Tower.

Very impressive food, hospitality, and atmosphere. We were given the royal treatment immediately upon arrival, enjoyed cocktails in the sitting room while our table was prepared. The staff and atmosphere is top tier. We very much enjoyed our interactions with the staff and they were very conversational, something I feel is missing often these days. The each course of food and wine were delightful. I look forward to spending another evening in the future.

We went for our parents 50th anniversary. They made a special dessert and menu for them. It also happened to be the restaurant’s 20th anniversary menu, which was great. The staff were above and beyond. Ambience is very intimate and not too loud inside. You forget you’re in the middle of a casino! Definitely recommend for a special occasion.

We love this place and have been here three times. The staff knows how to read the guests — if you want a more formal vibe then that’s what they provide. If you want to be more relaxed and playful they are right there with you and service is always extraordinary. I will say though, even though the food this time was tasty, I didn’t enjoy the tasting menus as much as the other menus options we’ve gotten in the past. It wasn’t as artful or as interesting but of course still delicious.

If I could give Joel Roubuchon 10 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would. The atmosphere feels like a small corner café in France, fresh air, soft jazz, and the smell of croissants baking nearby. Every bite of food was an experience in itself, a true delicacy that makes you forget about the price tag. The service was on another level, calm, kind, and effortlessly professional, like they genuinely cared about your experience. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down, smile, and think, “Yeah, this is what good living feels like.” And when my mom got very cold, David a waiter there, without hesitation got a shawl , warmed it up, and gave it to her. Without asking, out of the kindness brang her warmed up honey and tea. Another waiter Andrew, really set the mood, and was amazing. They both deserve raises! Everybody here is wonderful, but them specifically were a joy. Thank you!
