If you have 30 minutes to wait for a sandwich (even if the place is empty) and then ok about seating in dirty chairs, this is your place. I love JJ but there’s always something with this store, workers constantly say they are overwhelmed about orders and understaffed , outside is basically always dirty.

It’s a really simplistic and vibrant place, especially if you’re looking for a spot with a quick and healthy drink on a hot spring day.
We ordered Joe’s Green Mile Run and Unicorn Tears, the latter of which I really enjoyed! The Green Mile Run was good, I would just say that they put way too much lemon in it, so it kinda felt like I was sipping straight lemon juice. But the Unicorn Tears was so good. Made my childhood dreams come true, since I always believed unicorn-anythings were the best.
The service was a little slower than I expected, especially since we ordered at a time where there weren’t too many people. But otherwise really friendly, vibrant, urban atmosphere!

Secondly, the lady at the cashier keeps asking something extra such as avocado and gluten-free bread, but she never tells about the additional charge which is really high. For example, they provide regular bread, including the price but when you ask for gluten-free bread, it’s $2.90 plus tax… Avacado $2.10 plus tax. it’s really expensive and also I would like to say that the cashier should warn the customer that they are going to charge extra five dollars for a small sandwich..
Overall, I don’t even like that atmosphere because it’s very small and people are waiting for their orders and also the line at the cashier at the same place. It’s not a very peaceful place for breaks fast.

Great place to have a drink, I decided to place my order through the app so when I got to the store my order was already ready, without lines and without waiting.
I really enjoyed the matcha tea
But the Iron Man Shake lacked consistency and fruit. I hope to have a better experience with the next fruit shake.

The menu of the drinks is great.
The taste of them is good.
But the service is really in need of a good manager.
I have been to three locations of Joe and juice and it’s all the same.
The staff looks dirty. They don’t have uniform and some guidance for the apperance . That creates the thoughts like: “Oh, what if they didn’t wash the fruits before squeezing my juice?” And etc.
I ordered my juice while there were no ppl in line in front of me. There were 5 workers at the counter. And it took them 10-15 min to make me juice
It’s way worse on weekends.
So my opinion as a customer:
1) change the staff cleanliness and appearance
2) organize the serving/cooking processes
And you will get more clients.

I was in a pinch before my flight and ran over to Joe and The Juice. I got a smoothie and overnight oats. The smoothie was mostly ice and lacking taste, I’m probably a bit of a smoothie snob but it wasn’t anything I’d buy again.
The overnight oats were better than the smoothie but again not something I’d buy a second time
The girl making the food was very nice, greeted me and was helpful, etc. the guy who took my order was not that. He doesn’t greet people, he grumbles and I’m surprised someone hired him is a customer service role.
Overall it’s a forgettable experience and I would not recommend this spot. Maybe if you need coffee in a crunch..

Incredibly super busy environment but I can definitely see why . I had the pleasure of trying the “Vegan Avocado Sandwich and it was phenomenal! The crunch of the bread with the crispness of the veggies blended together so perfectly. The addition of the pesto was exactly what make it taste even better . I also tried the “For the plot” it wasn’t my favorite maybe because of the peanut butter which was overpowering but if you love peanut butter you’ll love this other than that I would run back to try that Vegan sandwich once more .

This store should honestly consider closing. The service is terrible and extremely slow. Out of every five Uber Eats orders, four are wrong—items are consistently missing. When issues happen, they don’t answer the phone and don’t provide a valid contact number. This location has ruined breakfast for our family multiple times. Completely unreliable.
