I was truly amazed at how good this was. The staff was very nice. I wish they had done in seating though. Me and wife visited around Valentine’s Day and the pizza was amazing. Crust and flavor was some of the best I’ve had. Will be visiting again next time I’m in town

This place was so good the first time or two coming here, but now this is all the food ever looks like, probably done coming here. They make the crust way too thin and put so much sauce and cheese so the pizza is a soupy mess after and the toppings are swimming all over the pizza unevenly. The pizza we got tonight was so soaked it ripped when trying to pick it up. Looks like other people get the same kind of thing, wouldn’t recommend this place anymore. It’s gone so downhill

The ladies who work there are vets-they’re the best. I been eating here since the place opened over 30 years ago. Problem is, the newer owner has raised prices ridiculously. Pizza is good but too expensive. This ain’t upper st Clair, it’s mount washington. And allow your employees to receive card tips, stop being cheap! Carmen, don’t get too greedy dude. That was my last stop.

Got a half burnt pizza and let the owners know. They replaced it without incident. They were friendly and apologetic. The pizza is phenomenal and we will be back time and time again!! The antipasto salad was huge and full of a variety of meats and vegetables! You cannot go wrong at this spot!! Good people and good food is hard to find these days!!

Ordered from here for the first time and I’ll say honestly it was quite disappointing. The pizza had an overload of cheese that didnt taste good, the veggies that we paid to add were juat sprinkled over the pizza (wasn’t fulfilling). It was basically a disgusting cheese pizza with a few veggies.Overall, the pizza was not that great and I wouldn’t recommend it again.

Great, cheap Pizza. It’s not the best Pizza Ive ever had, but for $13, it was definitely a good one.
Sauce is good but a little heavy on the oregano. Pepperoni is good quality and not cheap slices.

You order from a small window in the front.

I’ve seen a few reviews where people state that the ladies at the window were rude? They were nothing but polite to me when I ordered and picked up the pizza which only took 15 minutes total.

Would recommend if you’re looking to feed a few friends on the cheap. Parking is wherever you can find on the street.

Was in town with the family from out of state and wanted authentic pizza with crisp to it. Ordered a large pepperoni and a whole Meatball Hogie. This place did not let down. The flavor, crispy bottom and perfect combination of sauce, cheese and pepperoni this pizza was awesome! Not to mention ton the service was top notch. Definitely will be making this a regular stop whenever I’m back in Pittsburgh.

Great pizza, great people.

Three blocks off Grandview Ave (downhill).
Three blocks back pushing my wife in her wheelchair (uphill).

Worth. Every. Step.

Lots of locals stopping by for an order. We may have been the only out of towners. Always a good sign.

For some reason they did not allow dining in. Had to order through a takeout window. We ate at plastic picnic tables on a busy corner.

We ordered a calzone with bacon and extra cheese. They brought it out to the table when it was ready, then went back in to get us plates, forks and knives. Great service.

The calzone was great. Crust was terrific -great taste and bite. Filling was melts, cheesy, bacony, and piping hot! Wow. Just great. Plenty for two people. And good price too.

Nice people, great food. Worth a stop if you are visiting Mt. Washington in Pittsburgh.

All that pizza for just 5 bucks. 2 big slices or 4 small ones. Would have liked the bottom to be crispier but other than that the pizza was great sweat sauce with a little spice to it. Absolutely delicious and great prices and was quick. Highly recommended
