Whoever they have working at 3pm by herself on a Wednesday is too busy talking to her friends that come inside than dealing with the 8 cars sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes. I’ve come to this location for years. Never fails to get a good cup of coffee. But I’ve literally been sitting in the drive though enough to write this review before I even had my order taken….. still waiting in line….

Brown sugar expresso was very bitter, said their oat milk was not milky and said they don’t put sugar. Had to ask for milk and spends. Starbucks it will be. This drink was not great. Glazed donut hold were good. Others were wet and not glazed like I have eaten in the past

The staff here is amazing, and the service is equally impressive. They serve fresh and hot coffee, and the in-and-out service is incredibly fast.

I parked and you can see I ordered a beagle sandwich with strawberry cream cheese. I did not asked on the side. On top of that, the cashier took the liberty to scan her own app of rewards towards to my order. The lack of service, and entitlement is ridiculous.

I’ve been coming to this DD location for years. They’ve had their ups and downs at times like any business. They do a great job, and especially for the last year or so have really corrected what issues I’d had with this place prior. One thing I really appreciate is that they dont give me a hard time any time something is wrong with my order, they do whatever they need to to correct/compensate me and they do it happily. They keep the lobby clean and bright, the staff is friendly and as quick and efficient as they can be. I highly recommend this Dunkin!

This place sucks. 30min before close and the doors are locked with the employees standing around refusing to make eye contact or acknowledge people standing at the door. If you’re thinking about giving this place a second try because of new owners, don’t.
