The food truly tastes like home not commercially cooked at all. Every dish feels like it’s made with care and authentic flavors, just like a home-cooked meal. You can tell it’s prepared fresh and with love.

This has become our go-to takeout spot, and it’s also our favorite place to order from for parties and gatherings. The quality is always consistent, the flavors are amazing, and everyone always asks where we ordered from.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for comfort food that feels homemade and special! Salamat po

We are a loyal customer of this restaurant and never had a problem.
Yesterday was different and disappointing because this lady was not good in putting the $8 menudo full in a medium container. We always order a medium menudo and it’s always full or more than full with the lid aside. They just put a plastic wrap. This time it was disappointing to see it wasn’t full and a lot of sauce for $8 dollars. It was not worth it. And I was charged $5.95 for mongo food. The cashier quickly saw and change the price to $1.75. And she said that the lady was just new. Well, the lady should observe what the other ladies do and ask questions.
I hope next time we buy food again, that lady will make a container full without much sauce.
They don’t do massive portion anymore and the price is high for a la carte.

This place is a great place to get Quick Service Filipino food.

This place is similar in style to Tita‘s kitchenette. However, I would argue That the quality of food I have here is a lot higher. Just keep in mind that you may want to get here early. They tend to run out of food Towards their closing times say an hour or so before closing.

highly recommend to go here as well simply because the price of their food is hard to beat. their two item combo with rice can easily feed two people no problem and it would only cost you $15.

like their food in my opinion was so good. I forgot to take a picture of it just chowed down.

Best Filipino food in town. Every dish is flavored to perfection and portion size is outstanding. If it’s you’re another race and thinking of trying Filipino food, highly recommend coming here to have great experience. We come here ones a week…10/10!!!

Tried this food truck several times since our neighborhood often books them, hoping to support local business. Unfortunately, the food consistently disappoints — every dish is excessively salty, with heavy, unnecessary sauces that overwhelm the flavor. The meat quality is quite low, and the prices are unusually high for what you get. From both a health and value standpoint, it’s not a good choice. I’d recommend exploring other options before spending your money here.

My family and I have been loyal customers for years, always ordering pick-up and choosing their party trays for every occasion. But lately, the service has been frustrating, especially when ordering trays over the phone. They quote one price, then charge nearly $20 more at pickup. When questioned, they claim the person who took the order made a mistake. If that’s true, why not call to clarify? They had no problem reaching out to upsell me to a larger tray so clearly, they know how to contact me.

I finally asked to speak with the manager, only to be told she had already left. What they didn’t realize is that I understand Tagalog—I heard one tell their co-worker she was hiding in the back, leaving her staff to handle the fallout from her kuriput tendencies.

At this point, I don’t mind driving a few extra miles to Tita’s Kitchenette in National City. If you’ve had a similar experience, I highly recommend venturing out elsewhere!

My first experience with Filipino food was horrible, but we came out to Cali and this spot was recommended.. Everything was amazing!! And the servings really are HUGE!! One order of pancit or rice is definitely enough for 2-3 people to eat then just order some meats! We had pancit, grilled chicken, pork, and lumpia!

Authentic, delicious, large portions. Don’t let the fact that there are no signs, scare you away from trying the food.
Large portions, wrapped super well if you’re taking it home and everyone is for the most part, professional and friendly.

I ordered a pork lumpia tray and vegetable spring roll tray to go for a potluck. They had it ready pretty quick, and the pricing for the pork lumpia really reasonable compared to a lot of places. Food was tasty and my colleagues enjoyed it. Would definitely highly recommend (at least for catering).
