My husband was in the area for work and noticed this bakery and decided to check it out. He came home with 2 loaves of bread and a Dutch Apple Pie. We are not typically a gluten free family so I was a little surprised when he brought it home and even more surprised when I tried the goodies. They are AMAZING!! The bread is so good that even my kids were asking us to buy more and I definitely plan on going back for more pie as well.
We will definitely be recommending this bakery to everyone we know!

Dedicated gluten free bakery: they have over a dozen premade food items. Biscuits, buns, pretzels, Hawaiian bread, bagels – only time I’ve seen savory GF at a bakery, and the buns and biscuits were a normal size! And I can’t even remember half of the desserts they had, lemon bars, pumpkin bars, biscotti.
Smaller diary free section with premade meals and breads.
Also have premade mixes for cookies, fry batter, and graham cracker crust.

Overjoyed to come across this literal gem while passing through the Missouri countryside. The selection is amazing, ranging from classic pastries and breads to GF heat and eat meals, pizza crusts and waffles. Grateful for the clearly labeled items with dairy free/egg free as well. There are gluten free/dairy free cream puffs!!!!!

I’ve purchased several things from Christina, and everything she makes is top notch! Christina uses high quality ingredients, and her gluten free baked goods are amazing! I purchased the gluten free dressing, cinnamon rolls, and French Silk pie this past Thanksgiving. Amazing! I have a cousin in Oregon just waiting for Christina to start shipping, as those cinnamon rolls are unmatchable anywhere else. You won’t be disappointed in anything you try. She’s a gifted baker!

I just had the best GF pizza ever from River Bottoms Restaurant in Carrollton and I understand that the crust came from Chrisolyn’s Bakery. Crust makes or breaks a good pizza and this crust was the best – soft and chewy like a glutinous crust – not the cardboard I usually find. I will be back and will be stopping in at the bakery, next time to see whatelse I can try.
