The tandoori chicken is well marinated and very juicy with crispy burnt ends. Just one chapati or paratha is humongous and can serve four people. The beef haleem was creamy, tasty and piping hot – a perfect stew for a cold winter night.

Customer service was excellent.
Food was excellent and great value: enough to share; combo one with chili chicken (good level of spicy) piled high and beef seekh kabob both juicy, tender, flavorful and came with a chapati/paratha. The mango shake was also tasty. Kulfi was a little expensive at $5 each. The only complaint I have is the water serving bottles had some nasties in the neck. The dining area overall looked clean. Overall pretty good and might be back.

They are my most favorite place for desi food. Their butter chicken is the best especially. Though all other items are good too. This is my always go to place but I think they need to improve their communication. The person over the phone is rude. But if you wanna have some desi delicious food you must go there.

You’ve got to try their beef chapli kebab, and tandoori chicken. It’s delicious and made fresh to order. Daal fry and chilli chicken fried rice were also good. We liked their paratha rolls as well. Overall one of the better places for Pakistani/Indian food around Naperville area. We went there on Friday night and we got seated quickly although it was a bit busy. Service was decent. You have to place your own order at the register.
Update: Went back and tried their mixed grill. Good stuff! Updated from 4 to 5 stars.

“I was quite disappointed with my visit. The taste of the food was not up to the mark, and it felt like too much food coloring, oil, and butter were used, which made the dishes heavy and unappetizing. It seemed more focused on appearance than actual flavor. On top
of that, the cleanliness of the place was lacking — the washroom was particularly dirty and poorly maintained, which raised concerns about overall hygiene. Based on this experience, I won’t be going back.”

I had a very disappointing experience at JK Kabab Restaurant recently. My family and I arrived about 30 minutes before closing time, hoping to dine in. Despite there being other customers already seated and dining, we were abruptly told we couldn’t dine in because the kitchen “Would take 20 minutes to make the Food” before we had even placed an order or said what we wanted.
The employee who spoke with us was extremely rude and dismissive. There was no courtesy, no explanation beyond that generic excuse, and the tone was completely unprofessional. While I understand that restaurants have closing procedures, there is a way to communicate policies respectfully—and this was not it.
We were made to feel very unwelcome, and it was a frustrating end to what should have been a pleasant evening out with family. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses how their staff treat potential customers, especially when there is still time before closing. I wish i could Rate this 0 Stars but unfortunately i don’t get the Luxury of getting this option otherwise i would have.

This place is the hidden gem. I ordered the beef bahari, and it did not disappoint. My plate was prepared and cooked lightly longer than I particularly order, but was spectacular. Service is awesome, very friendly, and zero issues. Clean place, and great food!

I visited this restaurant about an hour before closing and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Despite other guests being seated and served at the time, the staff told us that dine-in was closed and only takeout was available. The way this was communicated came across as dismissive and unwelcoming.

I hope this feedback reaches the management or ownership, as the food and atmosphere may have potential, but customer service plays a key role in whether guests return. A more courteous and consistent approach to closing procedures would make a big difference.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable and leaves a very negative impression. I strongly urge the management or ownership to look into how customers are being treated, because poor service like this will drive people away regardless of the food quality.
Added pictures of the two workers.
