Home of the original Double Decker Pizza! Family owned and operated restaurant in Valley Park, MO. Our pizza dough, sauce and Italian Sausage are 65 year old family recipes created by Pizza Bill in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago. He has generously shared his famous recipe with our family, and with it, JJ Twig’s Pizza & Pub has been going strong for 35 years. We are so happy St. Louis has enjoyed it since 2006!

Went two times in three days. Enjoyed the food. Got several different items between the two days, but all were good. Did try their thin and their double decker pizza, and while both were great I think I preferred the thin. It is pretty small in there, wish it had a bit more space, but overall enjoyed it.

My buddy and I pulled up at 8:00pm on the dot. When we walked up to the door, it was locked. A man who was inside walked over and met us at the door, and told us that they had closed an hour early because they hadn’t had a table for the past hour. He started talking to us and asking us questions about who we were and just other small talk questions. After a few minutes of chatting, he had revealed to us that he was the owner, and invited us inside. He then offered to make us a pizza himself. Talk about great customer service.
When I say this is one of the best pizza’s that I’ve had, I am not exaggerating. I was surprised by how good it was. When we went to pay the check and leave, he told us that it was covered and not to worry about it. The only stipulation was that we had to come back again. I was going to do that regardless.
I would leave a 10 star review if I could. Thank you Vader.

This was our first time and we loved everthing about the food, the waitress and vibe. We had to try the double decker pizza and it was fabulous. The crust around the edges was light, airy and delish. Oh and you have to try their homemade hot honey. It’s a game changer. I would also recommend getting the buffalo chicken dip, it’s a bowl of warm, comfort goodness.

My favorite pizza place. Their double decker pepperoni pizza is absolutely incredible. Their Buffalo chicken dip is pretty good as well.
They typically have a pretty good beer selection but it’s limited to bottles only during COVID. Plenty of seating available on a Friday night with appropriate social distancing and staff wearing masks.
Do yourself a favor and get a large double decker. Gotta have some leftovers for lunch tomorrow!

Word of caution when you ask for your pizza with their advertised “fresh basil” and “fresh garlic” you won’t get it. I just called because my pizza had neither of the ingredients I paid for and was told they’re out fresh basil so sprinkled flakes and the garlic is in the sauce. ♀️ Not at all the pizza I was craving, ordered, or paid for. No, $4 extra for the ingredients isn’t bad, but I didn’t get them. If I wanted flakes and garlicky sauce I could have had Dominos delivered for 1/2 the price.

Bravo pizzas were great. I like the way they toasted the bottoms of the pizzas. We ordered the Bacon Cheesebuger pizza and a Hawaiian Sensation pizza. We liked both. Hawaiian Sensation pizza was superb and dill pickles on Bacon Cheeseburger pizza was a nice twist. Excellente. Best pizza on this planet.
