Today we just picked up a large gizzards and 30 pc mix. Basically $50. This food is stale/old. Piping hot but definitely old. The fries have no life. Even the mild sauce can’t make them pop. I
keep trying to call. It’s only been 35 mins since we picked up the food. No one is answering. When you pick apart each chicken, it’s black on the inside. It’s rubbery. I’m going to continue calling because that’s not fair to pay $50 for this. We can’t eat it. It smells funny. Our dog even turned his nose up. If I start feeling sick from the taste I had I will come back and edit this review. I’m so disappointed. As poc, I had my mouth set on this after a month of vegan.

Hello good people. So I grabbed me a beef dipped with onions omw home from work last night. It turned out to be the worst beef I have ever had. I was so disappointed! As my taste buds were craving an Italian beef. The meat had no flavor, and it tasted as though the aju had been watered down. I ate half because I was hungry, and threw the rest in the garbage. I hate wasting food and my money. If it wasn’t so late. I defintly would have returned it.While you guys have pretty decent food for the most part. You can’t be slipping on the Italian beefs. Especially when you can’t cover it up with cheese and peppers. Make your own aju or something. Don’t just water it down. This is not normally where I go for my beefs. So it was the 1st and last time. Do better Central & Madison J&Js!!

Stopped in JJ Fish & Chicken for a few combos. Chicken wings and Catfish, Chicken wings and Tenders, combos come with two slices of white bread, fries and dipping sauces. The breading on catfish was crispy and tasty. The chicken comes dusted with lemon pepper and sides of BBQ and hot sauce. Recommend to ask for coleslaw or a tartar sauce for the fish as there was nothing to dip into The lobby is non descript and the bullet proof plexi is a bit daunting when stopping in. Luckily there is plenty of pull up parking, be sure to shut off vehicle and lock your doors even for a quick pickup.

Went to this JJ for the first time. I usually go to a different. The customer service was great. The food was great. Inside was nice and clean. I am very happy I decided to come here. They have more varieties than the ones I use to go to. Hubby loved the double gyro cheeseburger..Found my new favorite JJ. Thank you!

Called at 10am for a same day large order of chicken to be picked up at 12:30pm. Walked in at 12:25pm and my order was waiting. From the young lady who took the call to the gentleman who took the money, nothing but great, friendly service!!! Great customer service is hard to find these days. I would definitely spend my money here again!!!
