Unfortunately, we found a baby cockroach in our chicken tortilla soup of the day. This was the most disgusting dining experience ever. My wife and I were sharing it as an appetizer, which was pretty good, but then my wife saw something in her spoon and asked me to inspect it more closely…sure enough a small roach! We left immediately and let our server know. Will be reporting this to food inspectors.

Came here after an opera presented by Modesto Opera at the State theater a few blocks away, featuring my son as Prince Charming. It was recommended by a member of the audience who overheard me talking to another of my sons. We started with calamari and steak bites appetizers, both were delicious and satisfying. Two of the four of us imbibed, the prince had a bacon old fashioned, my other son a Sierra Nevada. 2 us had the Firestacked burgers, medium rare. The only issue was that both of them were more in the range of medium to medium well. The flavors and presentation were excellent. We also had a steak salad and the Fresh Catch pasta. Everyone was happy with their meals and plans on coming back to Fuzio on our next trip to Modesto. Hopefully it won’t be in 30 years, my previous visit here. Our waiter took very good care of us and the restaurant was clean, well organized and comfortable.

This review is a long time coming. I’ve been going to Fuzio’s for a decade. I live 2000 miles away and to this day when I come home to Modesto I have to stop at Fuzio’s. Their Firecracker Pork Fusilli is one of my favorite dishes in the actual world. Do not pass this place up.

I’ve been coming to Fuzio since they opened however many years ago. There’s items on their menu not normally found at your typical restaurant. One of the favorites is the spicy pulled pork and pasta. Everything from their chicken to pork chops is amazing. My new favorite is the firecracker try tip. thick cuts that literally melts in your mouth. This topped off with the scallop potatoes and tender spears. I will guarantee you will be greeted by friendly and efficient staff. If you’re visiting in town this is definitely a place to stop

This is a nice restaurant located in downtown Modesto. The staff is friendly and professional. Its a perfect place for a nice sit down with friends or a date. The outdoor seating is nice on nights where there is music entertainment in the plaza. Inside, it’s white a linen and candle lit experience. The food is great, love the pasta dishes and the drink selection for a cocktail is nice, they also serve beers from local breweries.

I just want to say that the food was extraordinary. Wow! It was my wife’s birthday and we had many selections of places we wanted to try out. We decided to try out Fuzio’s and wow what a great we had decided upon for our celebration. We made reservations because this was our first time at the restaurant and we weren’t sure how busy it was going to be. We were hungry and we did not know what we were in for this evening. We ordered the bacon wrapped dates and they were galactic. The Brussels sprouts were so darn good Nd I have never eaten sprouts that tasted that good til I tried Fiuzio’s version. The wraps were so (curse word) delicious I could eat that all night. By the time we ordered our main dish we were stuffed but managed to get in. Bite of the extra napkin burger and the cambazola burger. Oh my God, it was so perfect you that I snuck in a bite at home before my teenager son invaded Normandy and claimed it’s his own. The fries should not be made any other way than how Fuzio makes them. The stringy, crunchy, salty mound of delicious carbs was beyond…Thank you for having us on my wife’s special day!

This place has great food and drinks, went here for our date ebfore concert 2 days ago. We will definitely come back good service. Only minor is thay brown sugar bourbon cake has too much pecan otherwise delicious. The brie cheese was ok needs salt . Pizza and rigatoni cream dish was very good. Didnt take picture of entrees oh well

The 2nd time we visit last night 8.7.22 it wasnt quite as good first time we went. I had Amy was delicious the desserts wasnt that great. My wifes cocktail wasnt the same as the first time. Idk if I had food poisoning didnt feel good this morning. might been a different chef idk. The server was great tho
