I used to come here as a teenager to get donuts for my patients I took care of. They’ve really upgraded the place and even added a drive through. I’ve since moved to Cleveland and will STILL TO THIS DAY drive two+ hours down here to treat both my wife and friends to a warm experience. Good job Jitters. I wish I lived closer. ❤️

Such a clean coffee house. Full of natural light, spacious and so very clean. The staff is welcoming & friendly. I ordered a regular black coffee and it was too good. All the items which we ordered were fresh & good. It is a big & spacious coffee house where you can sit and enjoy you coffee and snack of your choice. The vibe is good in there. We stopped here on our way to our hotel and it was a refreshing break.

I was so excited to try this place after hotel coffee. Finally, a real cup of coffee, at least that was my hope.
I was so encouraged by the welcoming design, kids play area, and the little section of Christian gifts. I also liked the scripture they put on the table tents.
Unfortunately, I tried something new and took a total gamble. It was a special—I believe it was called a lemon bar cheesecake latte. I know, kind of a weird coffee choice.
After trying my 6 dollar coffee that held such potential, I was very disappointed as it did not taste like coffee. I asked if I could trade it for something else when the cashier asked the manager, and she said sure. She rang up my new order and was going to charge me for it —unexpected and not the right thing to do. I asked again and said, how about a plain coffee to replace this? The cashier called the manager again and she said, “I’m sorry we don’t do that here,” with a full on smile.
So very disappointed on many levels. This company’s service does not jive with what I would expect from a company selling Christianity as its decor and gifts.
Moral of this story, don’t take a food or beverage risk because if you are disappointed, they don’t care.

Jitters has an amazing atmosphere. The service was impressive and quick. Ordered iced caramel macchiato with sweet cold foam and frozen caramel macchiato both were top notch. Lots of seating with little nooks off the main area including a play area for littles.

You will never be disappointed with this place! I very highly recommend a Large Frozen Jitters Mocha with extra Caramel Drizzle. (Pictured) it is my go-to almost every time. The service is great, the atmosphere is a vibe, the food is scrumptious, and I haven’t gotten anything from here I haven’t liked.

Fruit smoothie and frappe were good. I didn’t get to try any donuts as they were sold out. I did get a bagel breakfast sandwich. (As seen in the photo) However, it was mostly an egg sandwich. Couldn’t taste the sausage at all, and I couldn’t taste the cheese either. Also, I’m not sure why it was so liquid like. I ended up cutting the egg, so it was a thin slice, hoping it would taste better it did not taste better. Highly recommend the fruit smoothie and the frappe, but not the food, unfortunately. I might give them another chance in the future, but definitely not for a while.

I’ve been going to Jitters for 10+ years, and I can honestly say it’s my favorite local coffee shop. What they stand for and promote faith-wise is incredible, and their coffee is great. I love the seasonal menus, and the atmosphere is a great place to reconnect with friends, work, study, or just grab and go.

Good food, reasonable on prices. They get slightly busy at times, so expect a wait time (both dine-in and online pickup). Their homemade chicken salad is really good, as is their baked oatmeal. Nice Christian atmosphere!
