Every single time we come here it takes 30 minutes to an hour to get food each time. Horrible service. Workers there do not communicate with customers, nor do they work quickly. We placed an online order and got there when we were supposed to and waited an additional hour after that specified time. After waiting, we asked for our money back, and it took an additional twenty minutes for them to make the refund. On top of that, they did not refund us because they “could not figure out how” and handed us a gift card for less than we paid. Beyond frustrating and not okay. Maybe understaffed, maybe they were hit with a rush, regardless of any of these factors, communication should have been the priority with customers.

My second visit in a row where I had placed my order to go and returned to my desk and found that my order was incorrect. Disappointing. Will be going to firehouse subs moving forward. For a 20$ sandwich I don’t find that acceptable.

My sister and I usually get great service and the afternoon people are much better than the morning people. The cleanliness has gone down and the last time we were there they would not make change for a $50 and it was only $14 and change! I have never experienced that at a place like Jersey Mike’s or anywhere else. I am surprised a busy place like that does not have change! And we will not be going there again! Maybe in the future if they ever get staff that cares about the place they work and get extra change on site.

The food is good as always in most Jersey Mike’s locations and the service was good, but this restaurant is very dirty. The tables had not been wiped down so I had to get out my wet wipes and clean our table. The women’s bathroom was awful. I would not use it. The toilet was filthy. I was super disappointed in the cleanliness and it is almost zero stars. I’m only hoping the food prep area was clean, which it did look to be.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon, I was the only customer except for a couple delivery folks picking up orders. At first glance, the seating area needed some attention and tables wiped but any negative thoughts of the place vanished after interacting with the guys working there. These guys had really upbeat energy, friendly, interactive, funny, and genuinely acted like they enjoyed their jobs.
