I went on a Wednesday at around 2pm with both my parents. Erickson was the host and he quickly found us a table. Then we were assigned a server that started off ok, but she quickly developed an attitude. She heard that neither of my parents wanted anything to drink, and that I had asked for just water and 5 more minutes before we were gonna place our orders, and then she immediately lost all interest in providing any kind of service to us. She simply got lost and was just chilling and talking to coworkers (important that it was on a workweek day at around 2pm, so the store was slow). I was able to get Erickson’s attention and he quickly took our orders, (Pro Tip: I worked in the food industry many years ago: if I skip on getting drinks with my meal, it probably means that I want to pass on those savings to the servers in the form of a proper tip) and provided us with excellent service. He single-handedly bumped this review from a 1-star rating to a 4-star rating. When the check came, I noticed Erickson showed up as our server so I tipped him properly and didn’t even bother to get the girl’s name because of how furious I was due to the crappy service. Crappy treatment from that woman aside, the food itself was fantastic. I was able to get the Chef’s Special, so did my dad, and my mom got the Lunch Special. The Demon Slayer spoons were mega cool (main reason why I came, tbh), and the ramen itself was delicious and was a generous portion!

I have passed this seemingly always busy restaurant for many years on my way to Marshall’s. Last week while the rest of my party was shopping, I decided to give it a try. A very enthusiastic and warm Kenny welcomed me, and helped with some great suggestions for appetizers. The food was absolutely delicious, especially many amazing vegan options. While returning the following Sunday (10/12), we decided to have dinner there.

My experience was extraordinary! Nora was our server and we were fortunate to have her. She provided exceptional service with some great recommendations. Her shift was over and Sofia took over. She was also amazing and continued providing the exceptional service we experienced there. Then, while waiting for the bathroom, Eric and I had a great conversation about how all the staff are not overweight working at a restaurant with such amazing food. Each of the staff I mentioned went above and beyond to make us feel very welcomed and provided exceptional customer service.

Each of the six different items we ordered were absolutely delicious. We both stated that the Ramen was the best we had ever experienced. The appetizers, rice dish, salad and cocktails were equally as amazing. I highly recommend this wonderful establishment and we will be returning regularly despite living close to an hour away in Redondo Beach.

I had an amazing experience at JINYA Ramen Bar! The food is absolutely outstanding—rich, flavorful broths, perfectly cooked noodles, and toppings that taste incredibly fresh. Every bowl feels crafted with real care.

The service is just as impressive. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always happy to make recommendations. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to enjoy a comforting meal.

Whether you’re a ramen lover or trying it for the first time, JINYA is truly a must-visit. Delicious food, great service, and a consistently wonderful dining experience. Highly recommended!

I came in after walking around Marshalls for a while and am so happy I did. First, they seated me right away in a cute high top facing the kitchen. I am treating myself to a “me day” and felt a little awkward coming in by myself. However everyone was so warm and welcoming. Furthermore, they accommodated a small request I made which made my dining experience so nice. I want to give a special shout out to SOFIA for being such a sweetheart. She checked in on me multiple times and even served me a cute little scoop of ice cream at the end of my meal. Servers like her make me want to return again soon especially because I’m a local in the area – literally walking distance. I highly recommend this ramen spot. It’s delicious and they have a great happy hour too! My Lychee martini was chef’s kiss.

TL;DR: Lives up to the high ratings. Rich broth, standout starters, friendly service, and easy plaza parking.

Cool night, perfect bowl. The Premium Tonkotsu Red had deep pork flavor with a clean chili kick. Mild spice kept the broth front and center. The JINYA Bun was soft and savory, easy reorder. Spicy Creamy Shrimp were crisp and saucy, great to share. Drinks were refreshing, especially the Watermelon Delight and Matcha Lychee Lemonade. Finished with mochi, simple and good. Service was quick and attentive. With plenty of parking in the shopping center, it is a trifecta of food, service, and convenience.

Pro Tips:
• Start at mild or medium spice to taste the broth.
• Grab the JINYA Bun and Spicy Creamy Shrimp for the table.
• Add a seasoned egg to your ramen.
• Use the plaza lot for easy parking.

Ordered food delivery and was disappointed with the extra broth portion for $8 and the “spicy sauce” portion for $1.80. Extra broth is in the little container which should be the size of the regular container, definitely not worth it. Also can you see how tiny the spicy sauce cup size is?? It’s not even full, so crazy you are really going to charge for a squirt of chilli paste might as well be free. Food is good but prices and portions for extras is crazy.

I am in search for some excellent Ramen and I had the pleasure of stumbling into this place with my family.
We were here for veterans weekend and the Warner Bros. tour.

Wasn’t sure what to expect but came here with an open mind. The place was a bit too dark for my liking and we were sat all the way in the back.

I had ordered the shareable fried rice with scrambled eggs, the Jinya Tonkotsu Black. Which is what they are known for.

Fried rice and egg:
The fried rice and scrambled egg combo was so delectable! It no flavor was over powering another. It was a well balance flavor of garlic, salt, rice and egg. The whole roasted garlic cloves was appetizing.

Jinya Tonkotsu Black:
This meal include a basic ramen with seasoned egg, seaweed, mushrooms, char sui, ramen and broth (there might be more)
The meat was mouthwatering, all the flavors are there and stood out to me. Often when I get the Char sui you do taste the meet and not much else. The flavors of the ramen penetrated to the meat and is was delicious. The egg was so massive and it was also very well made. The noodles were not too soft and firm enough to my liking. Which when eating ramen most noodles tend to get soggy after a while. This however stayed consistent and held all the flavor of the ramen in every bite.

The rest of the family had some ramen and one of us had the rice bowl. Overall everyone enjoyed their meal and had similar sentiments as I had. I am looking forward to coming back to this specific location, but I would also like to try their other spots as well. From all over California, this by far has been the best ramen I have had. Definitely worth the time to come here, relax and enjoy some good ramen.

Jinya still holds it down. The hostess and my server Barbara were very kind and welcoming with great service. The birria ramen was surely a slurpy surprise. I would pass on the Unagi and stick with the ramen, albeit still a tasty filler!

We had a great experience at Jinya!! The atmosphere was really nice, clean, cozy, and welcoming. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the food was absolutely amazing. Everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Our waitress, Kobe, was incredible—friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back!
