Absolutely amazing experience! The food was incredible, but the best part of our visit was our amazing server, Charlynda. She was truly one of the sweetest and best servers I’ve ever had. She made our whole table feel so special and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
We ordered the Hokuriku Cabo Chick, and everything was delicious. They even surprised my daughter with a complimentary birthday plate, and I didn’t even have to ask. That small gesture meant so much and made her day even more special.
The entire team was wonderful, but Charlynda really stood out with her kindness and excellent service. The next time we’re in town, we will definitely make sure this is our first stop!

This was such an amazing restaurant! The atmosphere and the food were great, as were all of the employees. But our waitress, Phoenix, was THE best! She was so funny, sweet, and extremely helpful when it came to giving suggestions on what to get. She was really attentive and overall just great to talk to. I’d give her 10 stars if I could!

Overall good place, delicious food and fast service. I don’t know much about ramen and Asian food to begin with but i was more than satisfied with everything we had. Edamame is easy to make and season- so it was good, i don’t think some specific skill is needed for that hit our ramen bowls were super tasty. They are happy to accommodate any restrictions and mix and matxh ingredients when needed, which in this case it was. Genuinely a good vibe and relaxed place, not too loud not too quiet. We would come back.
P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I’ll be happy to come back. If not the stars reflect that.

The food was amazing with great flavor. Thank You Bella for the awesome service. Will definitely return when I pass through Charlotte. Has great great vibes and ambiance. They also ask ahead of time if you have food allergies and do have Gluten Free options.

I loved this place! I went with my little sister, and she loved it too. She got the strawberry Ramune and the kids’ meal — the portion sizes for the kids’ menu are very generous. I ordered the lunch special chicken ramen and the pork gyoza. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was overall very welcoming. I really enjoyed my ramen along with some hot green tea. I was a little surprised when the waitress brought a packet of tea and a cup of hot water, but it was still nice. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back to try some other dishes!

I came alone for a late lunch and was seated in a small corner booth which was amazingly perfect. I was able to read and be cozy close to the kitchen. My waitress, Phoenix, was wonderful. She made sure I had what I needed at all times and was prompt in checking on me and bringing out what I ordered in a timely manner. Perfection. My food was amazing, as always, and the restaurant was clean. I would recommend going around 3-4pm if you don’t like big crowds. Ask for Phoenix!

Charlynda was AMAZING!!!! So helpful and kind!! Always checking in and answered all of our questions! Would definitely come back!!! We got birria ramen and red hot pork ramen (spicy level 4) probably would get spicy level 3 next time. Food was DELICIOUS!

My friends and I visited recently. The atmosphere was great and the drinks were enjoyable, but the cucumber salad was a major disappointment. The cut and flavor were bland. We also waited an unreasonably long time just for our appetizers.
I ordered the Premium Tonkotsu Red, which surprisingly lacked salt compared to my friends’ Premium Tonkotsu Black. They mentioned theirs was overly salty, greasy, and not as fresh as what they’ve had at the uptown locations. The ramen eggs in both bowls were tough and difficult to cut through.
The service was also very poor. It took a long time for us to receive utensils, and our wait times were noticeably longer than those around us. Someone who was seated no more than two minutes before us received his ramen before we even got our cucumber salad.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

I really love this place, it’s incredibly aesthetically pleasing and has a wonderful atmosphere. The décor creates a relaxing vibe! The service was great as well. I visited during the daytime when it wasn’t very busy. I can imagine it gets much more crowded on the weekends.
