I asked for my burger to be prepared with a little pink. However, it was burnt to a crisp! There was no pink, it was very, very overdone and dry. We won’t even talk about the tiny patty sitting on all of that bread, or the scarcity of onions, lettuce and tomato. SMH. I ordered online, paid in store.The person who took my payment was nice, but the food prep was slow.

On yesterday, I called to make a to go order over the phone. I ordered the three sampler appetizer. I requested that I have all flats as I truly dislike drums. Well to my surprise after driving home I opened the container and saw all drums. I was in disbelief that not even 1 flat was present. I had ask for the chipotle wings but had no clue the amount of bbq sauce would be spread all over the plate onto the mozzarella sticks and egg rolls. I was truly unsatisfied with the order and I usually don’t call back to complain. However, a friend encouraged me to call back and explain that I was very unhappy with the order. I spoke to Griffith I believe the store manager who apologized for the order and promised to make it right upon my return. I went the next day and the food was so much better. Thanks so much for correcting the order and making it much presentable! I truly enjoyed my lunch today vs yesterday

Licked my plate clean after ordering a medium rare ribeye. The cook was on point and I almost ordered another steak. I have spent way more at other restaurants for a good steak and been horribly disappointed. But I was pleasantly surprised to get a perfect steak at a chain restaurant. Complements to the chef whoever you are!

Haven’t had the ribs in a few months. Went to this location when passing thru for work. Ordered my usual half ribs etc…but I got bones. Ribs had lil to no meat whatsoever. Usually a half is good for me and my dog but I should have ordered a full rack. Won’t be coming to a chili’s for awhile again.

I say this review to all Chilis. Here, the food was great, service was great, however that 3 for me commercial LIED. It said for 10.99, not starting at 10.99, you can an entree, unlimited drinks, and unlimited chips and salsa. Here (and I don’t know if it’s the same for all Chilis), it was $3 more for unlimited chips and salsa instead of one order 🙁

I’m going to preface this by saying I shouldn’t eat at Chili’s. I only eat “real food,” don’t eat a lot of carbs, and don’t eat anything with vegetable oils or fried food. If you’re already rolling your eyes, like my parents do, when I discuss omega six fatty acids, just skip this review. The chips are great and you’ll enjoy your meal.

Chilis is going downhill. We’ve been eating at this location maybe every two months or so and each time it’s worse. Our waitress today was extremely inattentive and not very friendly at all. The food was mostly good. We had to request new fries though bc they were so stale. They quickly brought fresh ones at least.

Stopped for lunch; party for two; no wait; in our area of Georgia, the local Chili’s has had issues; this one seems to have it together; enjoyed food and service. Our entrees needed some depth of flavor but otherwise good!
