Family loved this place. Octopus Balls for an appetizer. Poke Bowl was very fresh. Good service. Bustling place. Not for a quiet evening. Excellent noodles and a large variety of entrees.

Not a bad place. This was my first time having a real Ramen dish. The dish wasn’t really tasty to me, as it just tasted like a broth with minimal flavor.

Hip atmosphere, creative dishes, bold flavors, attentive staff, vegan and gluten-free friendly (hard to find this combo in ramen shops). I was surprised to find the Impossible brand plant based option in their gyoza and ramen. The adorable Impossible gyozas are like a dream come true, although they are made closer to pan fried round wontons than elongated gyozas. Everything would be perfect if their ramen broth wasn’t so salty and oily (-1 star). We asked for less salt option which they don’t have and our waiter asked to hold off on some seasoning so I cannot imagine how much more sodium is in each bowl. The noodles are chewy and al dente. It’s a crowded place; expect lots of noise and a line up during prime dining hours.

My first time at JINYA was a positive experience overall. Very clean, organized and great atmosphere. After we ordered, we got our food in a timely manner. The ramen bowl comes in a great quantity and will get you satisfied very fast. The only downside for is the location is very small and can become crowded quickly. You might not have much privacy with the table close together. Would definitely recommend this place!

Jinya was almost the first ramen focusing chain restaurant in Utah for about 10 years ago, and it is still the best, as always, even if that is a lot of competition nowadays.

This ramen bar is by far the BEST!!! Our server Becca was fast in getting our order and brining it as soon as it was ready. Our wine was the Twisted Cedar, which is made by Native Americans, and all proceeds after taxes and such go to the Native Americans who make the wine. If you love ramen, DEFINITELY check this place out!

Absolutely delicious and well worth the visit! Yummy! I got the JINYA Tonkotsu Original and every bite was heavenly. At first glance the pork slices look very small and disappointing. But they were packed with so much flavor every bite was enjoyable and the soup was so filling it was plenty to eat. The egg was amazing that came with the dish. We also got a pork bun which is absolutely worth every penny. Our server was really nice and helpful explaining our menu options. The drawback is this location is very small with limited seating and the parking lot is very awkward.

Ramen was yummy, potstickers were super greasy but still good. This is one of those places where they like to put 4 different parties at the same table and you bump elbows and join their conversations unwillingly. Super tiny and packed, I guess Covid taught us nothing about personal space. I wouldn’t visit again but I would get take out. The food was the highlight.

First time trying Jinya Ramen and it didn’t disappoint. We tried a few of the appetizers and was so happy to see that they offer takoyaki. I thought it was nice they have a few vegan options. Everything tasted great! The location doesn’t offer great parking out front and can be a bit tight. The restaurant itself is pretty small and the wait time can be long to get seated. It was worth the wait and glad we got to try it out. It’s not exactly family friendly for smaller children. But all in all I’d recommend giving this place a try!
