Incredible place to go. It’s my second time coming here, and the food is just wonderful. I could feel the connection between each of the staff members, and the casual conversations between staff and customers is heartwarming. It’s a very cozy place to be.
Will definitely become a go-to spot for ramen. The matcha deserts and the Tonkotsu Black are my favorite.
(Ps, thank you Ashley V for your wonderful service!!)

Came to Jinya on a cool night where we wanted something different but also had a full bar. Jinya did not disappoint! Emily and Jesse were so charismatic and personable even on a Saturday dinner rush! Drinks were excellent. Jesse offered suggestions throughout the ordering process and I can honestly say he lead us in the right direction on each suggestion!
I had the spicy vegetarian ramen and my husband had the birria ramen. Both were absolutely amazing. Portions were large and all food arrived just minutes after ordering.

We had a great first time experience dining here. Our waiter Justice was amazing and answered all our questions and provided recommendations for our orders. Me and the hubby sat outside on the patio by the fireplace. It was nice and warm on this 71 degrees on a Monday. Just looking at the menu makes you salivate .My husband ordered the red Tonkatsu spiciness level of 6 with a side of extra red paste to add more which was perfect and he also got hot sake. I ordered chicken bowl which was delish, J. Girl drink, miso eggplant glazed and spicy creamy shrimp tempura. We would definitely come back here again and will let our friends know about this place.

We had a great first experience dining here. Our waiter Glenn was amazing and answered all our questions and provided recommendations for our orders. We sat outside on the patio by the fireplace. It was nice and warm on this full moon January night. When our ramens arrived everything was looking beautiful and tasted delicious. We got 2 birria ramen, kids meal, chicken ramen and Premium Tonkotsu Red. Portions sizes were just right for our hunger level. I got my red Tonkatsu spiciness level of 2 with a side of extra red paste to add more, which was perfect. I did use a bit more in my soup and added some fresh garlic as well. Ramen noodles were perfectly cooked to al dente, but with a nice chew. The egg, nori, and pork slices were my favorite part. I will definitely come back next time we are in town.

Sadly to say this review is late!! Visited back in September two days after my birthday and I had the most amazing experience!
I was going through a rough time and just wanted to sit down somewhere nice, clean and professional with well put together food.
I didn’t need a five star experience but that is exactly what I got with the service and food at JINYA Ramen Bar in Colorado Springs, CO.
I have been to one other location in downtown Denver and the quality was not near as impressive as this location!
The food presentation was gorgeous, all the flavors blended very well!!
–I ordered the Creamy Classic Tori-Paitan-main dish.
— The Unagi Inari Sushi for my appetizer.
— Macha tiramisu for desert, which hit all the right notes for something sweet at the end of your meal.
I had such a wonderful experience and cannot wait to return to this location! The staff was friendly professional and attentive!! If you’re reading my review and thinking about it go ahead and sit down with yourself, your date or your family and enjoy a wonderful Ramen experience.
Thank you everyone at JINYA Ramen Bar Colorado Springs, Colorado!!

What a fun experience, our server was the bartender, and once he heard it was our first time, he sat down to explain the menu. I challenged another chef to out spice me, and what I enjoyed the most was how much fun they had trying. While I wasn’t out spiced, we had an incredible time. Service was phenomenal. The environment feels very date night traditional, and modern. Great flavors, great presentation.

Decided to try this place for the first time based on the reviews. I follow a gluten free diet, so going to the reviews is a common practice. The reviews said that they had gluten free options based on the diners past experience. Well turns out they DO NOT. We were informed that they had gotten rid of the of the rice noodles and most of the menu could no be modified. I asked about the ramen broth, because having lived in Japan for many years, I know soy sauce is a very common ingredient. The only ramen they had that would be gluten free would be the Birria ramen with white rice instead of noodles. I had that and my husband had the tonkotsu ramen. I’m not going to lie, the birria ramen was delicious! So I wasn’t really mad at the lack of gluten free options. However, less than an hour later I started having really bad stomachache for the next hours and through the night. So I’m going to guess that there is undisclosed gluten in the birria ramen too. If you DONT follow gluten free diet, I would say go and give this place a try. It has a nice atmosphere and the service was really good. Our server couldn’t not have been more attentive and I do not blame him at all for not being well versed on gluten. BUT if you follow a gluten free diet, DO NOT go! This is not the place for people like us.

First time here, went for bday dinner. Tbh we had low expectations just because it’s been difficult to find a good ramen place. Well I’m happy to say the food was pretty good and it was worth going. Even the price we paid for the food we had was not as expensive as we thought it. I got the regular chicken ramen and my dad got a rice bowl. We also got gyoza and crispy chicken as our appetizers. The gyoza and the gyoza sauce was a nice combo. However I nor my dad weren’t fans of the chicken tho. It was particularly crispy, it had nice flavor but there was alot of chewy and fatty chicken in the large nuggets. Our waitress, crystal, was a very nice and attentive lady. She was also helpful when it came to the menu. She gave me a chocolate mochi dessert for my bday which was super good! Anyways it was a good experience will come back.
