Really disappointing experience at this shop.
We had lunch here on the weekend and it was too hot inside. I think the AC has been broken for a while. Eating inside honestly feels like sitting in hell.
There were lots of flies coming in and landing on the sushi plates. I picked up a plate and saw fly on it, that was enough for me to stop eating. It’s really disgusting and unhygienic. The sushi also didn’t feel fresh anymore, which is concerning for a place serving raw fish.
This used to be a nice place to eat sushi, but lately the experience has been really bad. I’d recommend going somewhere else instead.

We enjoyed a spontaneous Thursday night dinner date night at Jinsan and we weren’t disappointed. The booths were full and there was a nice vibe happening. Staff were attentive and the restaurant was clean. So many dishes to choose from… The sushi was fresh and the beef ramen dish was delish… See you again soon!!

Appeared on a Friday night and there were so little sushi plates on the belt. The order took so long to arrive, hot food got served way before cold sushi plates. At least soft shell crab was decent portion and crispy.

Our experience at Jiro has been hit and miss. Lunch on a weekend is always great with superbly fresh sushi and a much bigger range. In the evening, we prefer to order off the menu because the variety isn’t as diverse and we find many of the plates on rotation aren’t as fresh – ie the rice is no longer warm or is dehydrating

Room for improvement! For the same price range, i prefer Sushi Train. The food at Jiro tasted like it has been prepared well before hand. Lack freshness by the time you eat it. Service wasnt great neither.

The food here is not so bad, but the service is absolutely terrible. All of the staff constantly look like they’re having the worst day of their life. They are rude, abrupt and just dont want to be here. I’ve tried a few different occasions and every time have the same experience.
