I went there with my girlfriends for lunch. It was an amazing place. And the food was amazing. I found some great vegetarian options and the waitress suggested it. We went at around 1:30pm and were the only ones there. Usually I am told this place is fully packed.

The food here is not bad, but it is not worth dealing with the terrible management to get it. We have given them 3+ tries to get it right, and we have now given up. They do not begin cooking your takeout order until you arrive to pick it up. We have waited over 40 minutes for takeout even though we called it in 30 minutes before arriving. Their online ordering service actually doesn’t send them orders, and when we asked what the deal was with the system, we were told, literally, that “everyone knows it doesn’t work, why did you use it?”. Hmm. We have switched to the establishment about 5 minutes west; the food is just as good there, plus the management is happy to have your business.

They Don’t read what you order then the are don’t care. I spent over 40 dollars and put no mushrooms on my order. I can’t eat half of what I paid for. Their order systems is horrible. The menu needs details and the people who work there are rude and disrespectful. Never ever going back. Jim did call me back explain to me the new customer that’s I used the system wrong and it my fault. I clear wrong no mushrooms. I never received any compensation for the fact I can’t eat the I paid dearly for. Don’t go there. There see better places

Food was good. Very fresh. Service wasn’t great for our party of 15. Our waitress seemed very overwhelmed. It took 20 minutes and 2 requests for us to get juice. She also told us it was too busy to make a cup of hot tea. Also, someones order got forgotten or overlooked and had to end up sharing to avoid even longer wait times. They should probably have 2 servers working on large parties.
