We moved to woodland a while back. I have been looking for a great sushi place. This place did not disappoint! The food was amazing the staff are great. I will definitely be coming back!!

I couldn’t even take a photo it was gone so fast! I would highly recommend their barbecue albacore or barbecue salmon starter! Great sushi rolls, lovely oysters, and my son ordered the Katsu chicken and loved it! Kid, friendly and really nice place!

Absolutely the worst sushi I’ve ever eaten. Over $60 and most of the order was inedible. The calamari appitizer was so rubbery and probably the worst I’ve ever eaten. It was a complete waste. We also had “Bills Roll” which was disgusting. The salmon had a residue on it that you could tell was from it starting to go bad. The sashimi was very low quality. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

This is the best sushi spot in Woodland. The restaurant is not very big, staff is friendly and provides a great service.
All of the roles are fresh, flavorful and decent size. They have many rolls with a great selection of ingredients. It is on the pricier side of rolls but the value for what you get is worth it.
They are family to the owners of the teryaki restaurant next door and we overheard the employee letting another table know next time they could order teriyaki with their sushi and they would run the food over so they didn’t have to. What a great service to offer. It doesn’t work the other way around though due to prep times so don’t try to order sushi at the teriyaki place.
We will definitely be coming back.

I called in my food for take out and had to wait almost a hour for it to be ready. It was two rolls, one of which I found shells still on my shrimp. The restaurant wasn’t even full. I spent almost 40 bucks on two rolls that took up most of my lunch and weren’t even that great. Sakura sushi has much better food and is ready within 10-15 minutes. Maybe 20 on a busy day.

This place has some of the best Sushi ever, what a gem to have in woodland. I have had the A- Bomb 3 times. It’s crazy spicy but so delicious. The Extreme Roll is another favorite. I highly recommend this place it never disappoints.
