Back for a second time, just as good as the first, if not better! Love their fresh wasabi, yeah it’s an extra cost but so worth it (unless you get the sushi sampler appetizer), got the same sushi bowl as last time but this time we were there during happy hour. Tried a bunch of things all of them delicious. Happy hour rolls are a little smaller than the ones at regular price but still a good amount for the price. This place filled us up and was so good. My wife got a bowl with eel and that eel was cooked to perfection. Would have loved more eel sauce but could always ask for more next time. While it was much busier than last time our food came out very fast. Service was great, food was great, and did I mention they have fresh wasabi?

The service was the best we ever received. She was so kind, attentive and always cleaning our table as we ate and made empty dishes. She was thoughtful on bringing us napkins and refilling our drinks. 10 out of 10 for her service!
Everything was prepared fresh, and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our meal. The experience was excellent. It was my husband’s birthday dinner, and he typically does not prefer sushi. However, we placed a special order for him, requesting soy paper instead of seaweed to avoid the fishy taste he dislikes. Everyone appreciated the soy paper. For our next visit, we plan to order all our rolls with soy paper so that the children can also enjoy them. The food was amazingly delicious!
Sushi is my favorite, and I do not often have the opportunity to enjoy it as others in my family do not share my preference. Nevertheless, for his birthday, my husband wished to dine somewhere that would bring me joy. I feel truly blessed to have him and found this little hidden gem!

Is the best sushi restaurant in the west valley? We think so. After seeing the high ratings we had to try it, it pled us away. Top quality fish, generous portions, beautiful presentation, and good flavors. My wife could not believe how tender the chicken teriyaki was, the Sushi Bowel I had was amazing, oh they have real wasabi too! Ramen was good as well. This is our new local sushi place and we highly recommend it.

We went to check out Jin Sushi and Grill since they’re under new ownership and have a new menu. Of course, we ordered a little bit of everything just to see how it all was.
The sashimi appetizer was probably the best part, fresh, nice thick cuts, and it even came with fresh wasabi, which was a nice touch. The chicken katsu was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and came with a good amount of salad. The ramen, though, was kind of disappointing, $9 for basically instant noodles and half an egg.
The shrimp fried rice was solid, not greasy and a good portion. The spider roll had way too much batter, so you could barely taste the crab. The tuna bomb was small, just a bite-sized tuna-avocado roll, but the tuna pieces were pretty generous. The chicken karaage had good flavor but the batter was a bit thick, and the asparagus roll was just okay.
Overall, it was a mix of hits and misses. The sashimi and fried rice were definitely the stars, especially with that fresh wasabi. Give it a little improvement here and there, and this place could really turn out great under the new ownership.

I ordered sashimi app and fresh wasabi root and sake bomb. Fish is thick, top loid, nice to pair with reddish and wasabi root. Very good price-value, the chef is kind and friendly, need a little patient for food to come but worth the wait. Highly recommend to come if you’re not in a hurry!

Literally the best sushi place I’ve ever been to. The fish is unbelievably fresh, the flavors are perfect, and the service is top notch. I’d recommend this place a hundred percent. Make sure to try the First Love under special rolls with the lemon topping. It’s unforgettable.
