My first time at this Jim’s and it was so very nice. I had a cheesesteak hoagie with onion rings. The steak sandwich was enough for two people, but I actually ate the entire sandwich. Aside from flavor, the more than generous amount of steak, the roll was perfect. I’m sure glad we stopped here for lunch. Anthony and his staff were so very nice. Thank you!

My friends and I were visiting Philadelphia from Houston for a church retreat, and while picking up our rental car, the staff there recommended we try Jim’s Steaks for an authentic Philly cheesesteak experience. We were all hungry and excited, so we headed straight there and we’re so glad we did!
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome from both the staff and the owner. They were incredibly kind and even gave us samples of their best-seller to try, and let me tell you, we were hooked! The flavor, the freshness, the whole vibe it was everything we hoped for.
We all placed our orders and enjoyed our cheesesteaks dining in. The food was amazing, but what made the experience even better was the outstanding service and genuine hospitality.
After we finished, we left full and happy, ready to head to our camp. Jim’s Steaks truly made our Philly experience memorable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a real taste of Philadelphia with a side of kindness and great service! Jesus loves you!

Forget Pat and Gino’s. This place is first superior and the most delicious cheesesteaks you’ll ever have. Plus and this is a big plus near gate C 24 at the airport. They have a Jim steaks right there so you can get yourself a huge cheesesteak coming and going from the airport.Keep up the great work guys.

Been craving a Jim’s steak for a while as they were closed for a while. Started working in the area and saw they had a spot near me. Went there for lunch and was kind of disappointed. There were 3 people behind the counter but no one acknowledged us, they just looked at us. Ordered a steak wit wiz and fried onions and some onion rings. The steak was ok, kind of dry with not a lot of flavor, bread was borderline soggy. The onion rings tasted cheap and just fell apart. The location looks like it needs some upkeep with broken tiles all over and the kitchen area looked like it could use a cleaning. Sadly, we won’t be back.

Don’t know if I could really judge or review because I’m not Philly steak eater, this was my 1st time. The portions are more than generous and the bread was perfect (so soft) , I just felt like it was missing something. The other people in my party seem to enjoy them. The fries (regular and seasoned – we all agreed were delicious, onion rings really good as well.

First tried Jim’s at La Salle’s Homecoming. They were catering and the set up was awesome. The staff was so kind, and the food was so amazing that we had to come check out the actual spot.
Brought my family here for dinner last night and everything was delicious. Steaks were on point, service was great, and the whole vibe was just easy and friendly.

Got my order in right away in 10 minute I had my cheesesteak,it was delicious. Everything together the meat and cheese wiz on a long roll with fried onions salt and pepper and mayo.the combination of everything together was absolutely delicious and I enjoyed it from the beginning to end. The price was reasonable. Casual. Not a lot of noise or comotion going on. The service very good and the employees were attentive to the customers needs, its was and is a very clean place..if you enjoy a good cheese steak then Jim’s Steak is a must go place.chipped beef steak meat. Yes it’s chopped up with the spatula.french fries they were very good as well

Great place to get a quick flavorful CS. The cook can really sauté those onions to perfection too. Their full size roll fell short but I enjoyed the freshness of it. I probably could’ve ate two.
