Husband picked up 2 hoagies which were great and 2 stinger wraps that were terrible..dried out steakummms and prob 1/4 of a chicken finger..they had no sauce at all..the shell was cracking the top of the wrap i had to tear off because Nothing was under it .. They flopped it on and wrapped it up.. I did call the gentlemen was nice and asked if i can bring them back and get new ones

Jim’s Steakhouse is top-notch from start to finish. The food’s always cooked perfectly — tender steaks, rich flavor, and sides that actually taste homemade. The staff treats you like family, the place feels welcoming, and you can tell they take pride in everything they serve. Easily one of the best spots around if you want a meal that feels special every time.

January 2022: I forfeited lunch and saved space for dinner–the coveted Jim’s Steak out hoagie that is a must have for visitors to Buffalo, NY. I ordered the frenchy with steak meat and everything on it.
Pros:
* Good food on corporate dime…I can expense this meal.
* Friendly staff
Cons:
* The hoagie was tasty, but looked a bit “thrown together” or rushed. The presentation could be better.
* The loganberry juice was watered down.
