I had a classic breakfast at Jim’s and it definitely hit the spot. The waffle was warm, fluffy, and perfectly cooked, with crispy edges and a soft center. The bacon was nicely cooked and flavorful, and the syrup paired really well with the waffle.

They asked me how I wanted my eggs and made them runny…twice. I felt rude by sending it back but I couldn’t eat the watery eggs with a fork and it was just ridiculous and I ended up with no breakfast. I would only suggest that if you can’t cook eggs in a specific way, just say you can do only do them runny or well cooked. It would save us both wasting food and time. My server was polite but the situation was just absurd.

Appetizer was greasy and not cooked all the way. Food came out just warm enough to just eat it. Out server did great. The place is old, run down and dirty. Windows were dirty and just not a pleasant place to eat. As the saying goes, it’s okay to be poor but be clean.

Im no stranger to jims at this point. I love their liver and onions. Shut up. Its delicious stop being a baby! I digress. I was however unfamiliar with their breakfast game and today thats what I came for. Jim’s to me is like….Saturday morning at my grandma house when she knew I was gonna go outside and play all day and she wanted to make sure I had the energy to do so to keep flies out ger house and the air conditioning in. That’s Jim’s to me. My servers so far have all been great and beyond helpful anytime I come through. And service is always wonderful. My breakfast this morning was no different. I go to Jim’s when I want to go home. I appreciate them for that. 7/10

As you can see my empty plate says it all this place has delicious food! Everything was hot and fresh! We had a bit of a wait since it was packed but it was worth the wait! I literally had 3 cups of coffee ☕️ the coffee was perfect! Definitely recommend this place! ☕️

Haven’t been to Jim’s restaurant in forever, As we walked in,we were greeted right away the hospitality was great. Our table we sat at needed to be cleaned, it was attended too. My plate of chicken fried steak was very delicious. Mozzarella sticks were delicious. My husband got the gravy biscuits With sausage he really enjoyed but his burger tasted like Burger King he didn’t like it.I do recommend this restaurant and I would go back!

I have gone twice for the fried chicken meal and the appetiser basket ( I can never resist fried mushrooms). Their salted biscuits are my highlight and the main reason why I would keep going. The service is good too.
I would recommend getting the fried chicken rather than the steak when ordering the fried chicken meal ( you would think that based on the name the steak means a fillet chicken, but it was actually ground beef that was battered and fried which was not my cup of tea, so make sure you order the chicken if you do mot want to have the meat)

Our latest visit was for breakfast. Oatmeal with fruit bowl and biscuit. Served with butter, jelly, brown sugar, cinnamon shaker, raisins and a small pitcher of milk. Very filling. My wife had a breakfast plate of 2 eggs , bacon, side of pancakes and toast. All was served quickly by very attentive server. His teammates singing to songs playing over the speakers… which uis the norm at this location. All makes for a comfortable atmosphere. We always enjoy our visits.
