Since we started cracking eggs over 40 years ago in a little restaurant in Oklahoma City, our philosophy has been unwavering: Make all of our entrees fresh every day using only quality ingredients and treat every customer like they’re a guest in our home. We are open daily from 6 am – 2pm in most locations. At all Jimmy’s Egg® locations you will enjoy traditional and unique breakfast and lunch menu offerings and lighter fare for the health conscious. Wonderful! My husband and I stopped to eat here while we were passing through on our way to Texas. The food was fresh and flavorful and despite it being crowded, we were served quickly. Our waitress Desirae was friendly and professional even though the restaurant was slammed. Hats off to her hard work!

This place is awesome! The staff is very friendly but doesn’t feel “fake”. While the entire menu looks great, you have to try the new Carnitas Queso Skillet! I can not even begin to explain how good that was.

Alyssa flawlessly served breakfast to our family, party of 10, the day after my dad’s funeral service (Joe Steidley). Alyssa even came outside and took our picture in front of (and on) the bull. Very disappointing. Extremely cold. Waitress was friendly. However each of us ordered something that did not come out (Including bacon for the bacon burger).
To top it all off, brought the check, went to pay but they charged our card for someone else’s bill. Even with the mgr, could not figure it out. Ended up charging our cards 3 times for 3 different amounts. Ended up having to call our bank to make sure it was refunded.
Need to figure out how to operate their systems.
(Downgraded this to a 1 star. A week after our visit and they still have not refunded any of the THREE charges they did to our cards. Looks like we will have to file a dispute with the bank, cancel our cards and get new cards issued)
