We surely will not be coming here again unless they change cooks. I ordered an omelette and boy, the eggs were killed 3x over along with the bacon that tasted like cardboard. Luckily, didn’t get too much in the omelette even though I asked for it to be added to my Western and paid extra for. Extremely disappointed on that up charge with barely a strip of bacon in the omelette. The skillet was just doable and only because it was dressed up in white cheese as you can tell from the picture. The waitress was pleasant and attentive so we ate and kept it moving.

I’m upset I did not take a pic of my food the first time I ate there…..but it was prepared perfectly, my daughters caramel apple pancakes looked just like they did on the menu and tasted excellent (yeah I had to try them) my wife and my food also tasted great. Had great service and topped it off with a cinnamon roll iced coffee to go. I’d recommend this location and I certainly will eat there again!

Jimmy’s Egg consistently delivers a great eating experience. Burgers or breakfast, it’s always cooked the same and always has the same fresh taste.
The waiters & waitresses are very friendly and do a great job of making you feel welcome. They know the menu and can answer most any questions.
Just be done by 2 pm, that’s when they close. Plenty of free parking with handicap access.

Grits > very thick and TASTELESS
Overall…….OK, coffee good and service barely acceptable.

I LOVE breakfast food but I rarely have time to get it. I lIve in a small town with very few options. I went to Pittsburg, KS location with very specific expectations, completely expecting them to not be met. However, Molly (my server) was very polite and attentive, my food came out fast and PERFECT, and she only checked in enough to make sure I had what I needed. The last part is a plus because I don’t like having to answer every other bite. I’LL BE BACK!
