I don’t know why I keep trying this location. Perhaps it is the belief that it can’t really be as bad as I recall from the last time. It is.
I have yet to have my order correctly delivered. That is a problem as I often intend to eat my sandwich at the ferry line, and by the time I discovered the order is wrong, it’s too late.
There is something desperately wrong at this location. Perhaps they hire substandard employees and fail to provide adequate supervision and training. How hard is it to make a sandwich? Apparently it is beyond the abilities of this lot.
It also appears that the concept of fast food is beyond them. No one should have to wait 20 minutes in a Drive-Thru. Yet this is a common experience at Jimmy John’s in Anacortes.
Corporate Jimmy John’s should do a serious top to bottom review of this location. It isn’t doing good things for the image of their franchise.
I’m pretty sure I won’t be going back, which is a shame. The concept is good. Sadly, the execution is not

Paid 13$ for a 1/8″ slice of turkey and a piece of cheese and bread and a 2 oz bag of chips granted it was fast but bread was chewy and turkey was dry. Only good thing about the experience was leaving.

Tasty sandwich I don’t think I’d ever been here before today . The employees were very kind and suggested some favorite sandwiches to try ! I went with number 7 spicy east coast Italian. My only complaint would be the bread .. was tasty but lacked color and made me think it was a bit under done but other than that I will be back to try em again.

Tried Jersey Mike’s and it was seriously good. We got two hot subs — the Toasted Roast Beef & Cheddar (no horseradish) and the Toasted Chicken Bacon Ranch with the Kickin’ Ranch sauce — both were amazing. Super tasty and filling.
Also got a cold sub which was solid, but the hot ones were definitely the stars. Great value for what you get. Honestly torn now — this might be our new go-to spot.
Highly recommend giving it a shot!

My boss bought us lunch today and we ordered 6 sandwiches 2 without Mayo. We even went inside instead of using the drive thru so they would get our order right and told the worker more than once to make sure it was done right. They couldn’t get it right and it wasn’t even busy….thank you for wasting our time, money and leaving myself and my daughter without lunch doing a 12 hour day. I wish I could give negative stars

Slowest Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. There is no such thing as Freaky Fast here. I have been here many times and it’s always 10+ minutes to get my sandwich when there is no one else in the store or drive thru!

Not the the best by far. Ordered 2 billy clubs toasted they left off the cheese, mayo and dijon. And toasted the bread almost to burnt and toasted the lettuce and tomato which left them a slimy and gross meat sub. And I tipped them for these disgusting sandwiches. Wont go back, the sandwiches were nasty. Who toasts lettuce and tomatoes thats just wrong.
