Ordered a #13 combo, the Jimmy Cubano. As you can see, don’t expect your sandwich to look anything like their advertised sandwiches on their website. I paid over $30 for this to be delivered less than a mile from their restaurant. Next time, I’ll skip Jimmy John’s and just make my own.

Delivery from this location is a joke. They aren’t properly staffed and it ends up taking an hour to get a delivery a few blocks away. If it ends up getting assigned to Uber, cancel the order because it takes even longer.

I moved into the neighborhood recently and this has become one of my go-to spots. Very clean restaurant and the sandwiches have been delicious. My food has been ready quickly whether I order ahead through the app or at the counter. Love their rewards program too!

I get delivery from this location a lot. Delivery occasionally takes awhile (usually when its a late night/early morning order), but most of the time its less than 20 minutes, sometimes single digit minutes. Sandwiches are always good quality. Would Recommend.

Ordered for a hungry client because I’m a few blocks away and JJ is usually take only 12 min to get here. 45min later still no sandwiches clients gone… called to cancel it and she told me they had a hug rush and my order probably just got sent out and couldn’t confirm and didn’t cancel order. Still waiting this location is disappointing
***update*** after an hour went by I called demanding to cancel my order and she kept putting me on hold and coming back and asking for my number… after being put on hold and asked my number 3times I told her to just keep the money. I ordered the sandwiches at 12:36 and it finally arrived at 2:05. As a business owner I’m one to be a “karen” or write bad reviews but for this Freaky fast service I felt it appropriate

I’ve ordered delivery from this JJ’s at least a dozen times and our sandwiches are 100% correct, even with a bunch of mods, every single time! Which is just crazy accurate. At other restaurants if I just ask for no mayo it’s about 50/50. Delivery folks are friendly and fast. Ingredients are always fresh and my unwich is always expertly wrapped. Thank you Monroe JJ’s for being awesome and making life easy when I am too busy to make food.
