Let it be known, the older gentleman here is chill. Probably one of the easiest people to order from.
Unlike the young lady, who wears glasses, looked less approachable. It’s very apparent she looks miserable/dislikes interacting with people, even when taking simple orders. She does not reciprocate courtesy when being thanked. Simply stares down at you.
Food is always good. I asked for extra veggies and the older gentlemen always hooks me up. When i asked the younger lady, I checked the sandwich I ordered and there was so little, to which I believed she didn’t even try to put additional as I requested.

This is the fifth time I have gone to this location, and everytime I ordered it’s been spot on . Since I joined the app I get regular offers to get some food. We went today and OMG both sandwiches for my wife & I were beyond my expectations. The service is great the food was great it’s a clean store, I highly recommend this place I highly recommend JJ more so when you also get a discount. Thanks to all there.

Ordered the #11 which was ham, turkey and provolone. Very good but could’ve used more mayo (I love mayo!). Friendly and fast service. A little hard to locate but look right across from Spring Valley Hospital.

Ordered a tuna sandwhich and requested and paid for customizations. I received the sandwhich missing the customizations requested. I called the Jimmy Johns for support and received a poor response from the so called manager that it was a mistake and to contact ubereats. I tried contacting ubereats and no one responded in the customer support chat. Don’t order from this location. They don’t care about you as a customer and they offer poor customer service. They can’t even follow order requests to be bothered to make a sandwhich correctly.

Not a good experience at Jimmy John’s on Flamingo. I asked for the new salami pesto sandwich and asked to swap out the salami for different meat. They said they couldn’t and would have to add extra meat for an extra charge of $3. Why should I have to pay for extra meat if I’m not getting extra meat? Also the bread on my son’s untoasted sandwich was so rock hard on the bottom, you could knock on it. I usually like Jimmy John’s but that was a deal-breaker and I won’t be going back.

I went to jimmy johns because I was doing ubereats. When i came in the guy said to confirm the order and asked if that is everything and he said yes so i trusted him and drop it off to the apartment. the customer call me minutes ago after dropping off the food they are accusing me for stealing their chips which i didnt even open the bag. This is the manager’s fault and for sure that guy is lying he is the manager. Poor management. I will say just close the store.

The only bad thing I can say about jimmy john’s is they got rid of sprouts. I do love them. They’ve made it very unique but I understand why they can’t carry it fresh all the time, but I wish they bring them back
