Possibly one of the worst sandwich shops from any chain i’ve been too. I’ve ordered from them a few times before and its the worst experience every time. Like stated in other reviews they can’t seem to follow basic instructions even if I order 1 combo, there has always been something wrong. Let alone 3 for the family. The quality of food has also gone down. This may have nothing to do with the workers but the sandwiches always seem to be absolutely gargantuan pieces of bread with super tiny slices of the rest in the middle. Above-average prices with below-average service in my opinion

I went there tonight and ordered a regular ultimate Italian with avocado, they lady was super nice and she repeated my order back correctly and I was charged for the added avocado, however when I got home and ate my sandwich there was no avocado which was very disappointing especially since I had payed for the avocado so unfortunately I can only give a 2 star rating.
