I was greeted by all the employees as I walked in. One person making more bread as the other took my order. Store was clean and saw employees washing hands in between each task. My order was taken and customized to how I like it. My sandwich was made correctly. All ingredients were so fresh. Bread roll was pillowy with slightest crunch to crust. All veg were so cold and crisp. Loved it. Y’all get a 5 star from me

Wow, what a horrible sandwich. We ordered 2 veggie sandwiches, and the lack of vegetables was astonishing. We had to go back to the restaurant to get the avocado spread they forgot to put on the sandwiches. It was inedible. Service was decent considering how busy it was, but I will not be coming back.

This is the slowest sandwich place I’ve ever been to. I sat there waiting for my food for almost an hour before I got mad and left without it. I had a family member place the order through the app then they sat there waiting another hour. They called and were immediately put on hold, and no one ever got back on the phone. I’m not sure what’s going on with this place, but I definitely won’t waste my time with them again.

Ask for mayo, none on it. You have to make sure that you know your order, because that is how they call it out. It would be nice if the used a name or numbering system.

Above and beyond customer service! Due a combined error on my part and on door dash, I didn’t get my order to the correct address. They redelivered the whole order! Feeding not one hungry helicopter nurse, but two (the other order went to our other base). Thank you for the two guys working 4/26

Ordered my usual Gargantuan. First time at this location. Sandwich had a total of one and a half tomato slices. Three half sliced tomato slices to be exact. I was ripped off by these disingenuous ,cheap pirates. Will not return to this location. Beware

I have to say that the service was the best. The 2 young men there did a great job. It was the food. The turkey looked processed and the fresh avocado was actually store bought guacamole. It was not fresh. Also the bacon club only had 3 strips. I have never had a bad experience at Jimmy John’s but this one was surprising. Hopefully next food order will be a better one.
