I’m usually really satisfied with Firehouse. But ordered the steak and cheese (which listed carmelized onions, peppers, mayo, and mustard in the ingredients). But only got steak and cheese. Nothing else. And not much of it either. Very boring, bland sandwich. Not what I was hoping for.

First of all, kudos on the 100 health score. Whille I was there, I could tell the staff worked hard on keeping things clean and I appreciate it. I have recently discovered the Turkey, Bacon Ranch on gluten free bread and it is a treasure. In a gluten restricted diet, it is rare to find bread that is gluten free and doesn’t fall apart. Firehouse has solved this dilemma. and is now one of my favorite places to go.

Food good albeit they appear to be front running inflation. $19 for a sub and medium drink. Real gripe is charging 3.99 for a cup for tap water. Most firehouses charge 25c for a cup and that is fine but 3.99. talk about price gouging. I inquired and was told that is the way it is. Never again to visit this firehouse sub!
Update: upon leaving another gentleman came in and asked for a cup of water carrying in a Coke from somewhere else and they said yes. When I asked what’s up some manager gave attitude and a lecture about. If we give you a large cup for water we have to charge you and I said I never asked for a large cup. I simply asked for a cup for water. It’s as simple as that.
I will agree with the other post that talks about attitude. Just not worth paying $20 for a sub and then have to deal with issues like that.

Ordered a veggie sub and a turkey salad no salad received. The sub sandwich was so soggy and had so much mayo on it. As many times me and my husband has ordered food we have never received food like this !

Firehouse subs is one of my favorite restaurants to dine at or pick up a quick bite. The service provided is always good as well the vegetables are always fresh and I like the subs are heated as well toasted if you choose. My favorite sub is the Italian sub. The Italian sub comes with different meats and great fresh vegetables you surely will get full off of a firehouse sub sandwich. Their subs are full of numerous of great ingredients such as vegetables and different sauces and flavors. There’s also different meat choices to choose from. Firehouse subs prices are inexpensive which is a plus. If you don’t want anything greasy or too heavy then firehouse sub is a great choice for lunch or dinner.
