I have NEVER had a bad experience with a Jimmy John’s until today at the Mesquite NV location. The service was sub standard. The drive thru was SLOW even after placing an online order!!!!!McDonald’s service was 100 percent fair superior! Not sure the lineup to “Subs so fast” slogan. A full Pickle order at all other locations is cut into a few pieces and quite large. The pickle was a full ice 1/2 the size as other locations and NOT as fresh. Totally disappointing! Sandwich was sub par in comparison to my home locations in St. George UT. The sodas were out of syrup and only carbonated water flavor. We will not be returning to this location.

I know it’s a small town. It’s slow. But change your hours online. Online it says you close at 9. You told us in the drive thru you close at 4. Very disappointed to a company turn down business. I wish I could not even give a star at all. Guy at the drive thru was very kind though but still very disappointed.

Went thru the drive thru it was quick and service was fast. Wasn’t busy at all. The menu has a lot to look at so it was a bit hard to see it all and know what to order. But the turkey sandwich I got was great….would ha e been perfect if it had some sort of sauce or vinegarette on it but couldn’t find it on the menu. Lol but overall good sandwich service and price.

Ordered a giant Beach Club at the drive thru on Sat afternoon. Once we arrived home, I noticed the sandwich was missing the turkey breast. Not sure how they missed that but things happen. So the sandwich was only made up with veggies and cheese. I called the store and the same person Cassandra who took the order through the drive thru answered and I explained what had happened. She apologized and offered a $20 credit and asked for my name and number. I decided to go the next day during lunch and the employees there couldn’t find me by the number I provided even though I explained the situation and even told them the employees name. The woman working there ‘supposedly’ told me that she would go ahead and give me the credit but at the end still charged me $5 and some change. It wasn’t until I got home that I did the math and wouldn’t have minded paying the extra since I got another type of giant sandwich but my total should have been about $1 and some change.The $5 charged only reflects on my bank account and not on the receipt that she provided me. Emailed corporate and I haven’t heard back. Please make sure the employees are making the sandwiches properly and charging the correct amount.

on top of my order being completely wrong, I paid 5 dollars for the delivery fee and an 8 dollar tip on top of that. couldn’t follow the drop off directions. and when you complain to the link they’re posting all you get is an email saying it’s up to the owner for a refund. I had to go thru my bank

Popped in for some grub to take to the river with my girls. All the staff is friendly and offers a happy greeting. Smells nice, things were quick like Jimmy expects. Stop in and grab some JJ’s!

Food was great, but the location is horrible!
The stalls are too small for anything larger than a mini car like a Soul or a smart car to park in.
Had to do the drive thru, which was VERY odd, shared with a drink place.
I could see this being a logistical nightmare on a busy day.
Thankfully we were there just before closing, the person who took our order was very friendly and nice.
The sandwich was great!
My only complaint is the location/parking/drive thru.
