Me and my husband have been going to this location since we’ve moved here three years ago. Today is the first time that we were very disappointed. First off we didn’t really get a greeting like we usually do when we walk in. The cashier had an attitude. No service the smile and I said I wanted to get the beach club and he rudely said he couldn’t hear me. So I spoke up no big deal. Ordered my sandwiches, told me the amount and to pay “here” pointing at the card reader. As I was doing that he just took off somewhere in the back. I guess he was done with me. Usually someone asks if I would like receipt. The sandwich meat… 3 strips of meat. That’s it? As we were eating the “kid” that was making sandwiches was hacking up a lougee. Gross!!! It looks like there was an older guy there who might be a manager and he was eating something. He told that same kid to come and “try a piece” (no biggie). But when the kid ate whatever it was he did not wash his hands when he went back to touch other food. Cross contamination! We won’t be coming back to this location.

I used to love jimmy John’s but there’s a heavy set girl here at this location that acts like the ingredients are coming out of her check so it just depends on who makes the sandwich I guess. The last time I was in I was pretty disappointed. Definitely not consistent here.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience from this location on my last visit, the lady on the pictures is very rude, I could also see she have those guys very intimidated, her voice is so loud and rude that you don’t know if she’s trying to fight you or what? I showed up that night and she was complaining because every night when they are almost going to close people come in for service, so, are you mad because people are going to buy at your store instead of buying on the next door five guys? You should not complain about your issues in front of customers, even that you need to reduce your voice tone and be polite and professional. When I come in at the store I could see that you get upset because someone was going to make you work, you need to see the way how you threat your coworkers, they are not your personal employees, or you’re the owner of the restaurant? I hope the big manager of this store or the owner of this store could see this review and understand why I’m trying to said. The food was delicious as always on every jimmy Johns, but the behavior from this lady needs to be seen by the big managers, I hope if you’re the manager put on line this lady since you may be losing money because for example, I’ll not be coming back to this store thanks for that very bad customer this lady gave to me, thanks!

Workers won’t honor national deal like $1 meal deal, just because. Lie and say its not valid anymore, when it is. Rude, won’t make sandwich correctly.

What’s the purpose of the app and getting a notification saying order is ready? I get to the store and lady says it’ll be a second and when I was asked what can they do for me I said I have a pick up order. She says it’ll be a couple of minutes. Come on Jimmy John’s, you guys are better than this. If I wanted to go in and order I would’ve hence why I placed an app order….smfh!!!! Time stamp on when I took a photo of the order tracking from the lady handed my my drinks. Saying 1:34pm ready for pick up and 2:06pm when I was handed my drinks. I don’t recommend using the app to order because you risk the possibility of not having your order ready. Best option if you don’t want to waste time is to come in and order, there was no customers when I came in but I know that’s not always the situation and it can get pretty busy.

It seems like every time I order from this location, there are missing items on my sandwich, no added items I’ve asked for (mayo packet), never cut in half, or the sandwich is smashed. I’ve used rewards on a dessert only to receive the wrong one, ordered chips to receive the wrong chips. The other day I ordered a sub and drink, only received sub, and when I called and after being on hold for a long time, she said she saw the drink on the counter. I asked for a new one with no ice because that one had been sitting for an hour. They delivered a drink 30 min later that was watered down as if they took out the ice from the original one and added a little more soda. DO BETTER!

I wanted to leave a review for this location and realized four years ago I also gave them five stars. My family and I came in at 9:01pm thinking they closed at 9:30. We found out they actually close at 9:00. The manager Liz was there and said no we’ll take your order, I asked if she was sure and she said yes. So once again I leave a five star review for excellent customer service and I’m sure great food. Thank you guys again!

My daughter and I ordered a sandwich for lunch today. When the order arrived, it was short one drink and the entire meal smelled like cigarette smoke. When I called the store, the manager made it again and delivered it himself promptly. I appreciate his help in the matter and for his customer service and professional attitude.

Everyone there was really polite and happy. They have a spotless store. Food was great.
Definitely the best of the Jimmy John’s I have ever been to in ALL aspects.
