Richelle is hands down one of the best delivery drivers I’ve ever had from Jimmy John’s. She’s always on time (usually early), super friendly, and makes the whole experience better every time she delivers. You can tell she actually cares about doing a great job, which is rare these days. Food arrives fresh, order is always right, and her positive attitude is a huge bonus. Jimmy John’s is lucky to have her — give this woman a raise!

This Jimmy John’s is amazing! I ordered 11 sandwiches online and they were already by the time I went to the store. They even had them in a bag for me to carry and offered to help me carry the drinks out to the car. They are incredibly fast and we’re very friendly. I even saw a guy placed his order and as soon as he was done, paying the sandwich was already done despite them being incredibly busy. I have never had a problem with the quality of the food, it’s always delicious. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Everything is just so bad at this location. The food sucks. The service is worse. It took 25 mins for me to get one sandwich and a wrap. They ran out of bacon that they charge $4 for. The employees are constantly touching their clothes and hats with their gloved hands then making food. It’s so gross.
