I ordered a Beach Club that only had 1 layer of turkey on it. I didnt taste the turkey just the veggies. Not worth the $20 I paid.

I see in previous comments the owner says go to the website. The website responds and says go to the mgr of the store because this location is franchised. So, who is responsible for taking my money?

Update…just left this store and the mgr said the sandwich is correct. Only 3 slices of turkey on a giant sub. The sub cost $18.59 and you only get 1 layer of turkey. I don’t remember Jimmy John’s sandwiches being like this.

Chantel was the one that took my order. She had great customer service. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. All the employees had great customer service. The food was delicious and the sandwich I ordered was exactly how I ordered it. The store was clean. Fast service. Thankful.

Oh, where do I begin with this Jimmy John’s?

First, imagine my surprise when I walked into a fast food joint—yes, FAST food—and was greeted by a tip screen. Cute. I guess now we’re tipping before service is even rendered? Bold move, considering I’m still waiting for a single shred of good service.

And speaking of service… the cashier? A shining example of “bare minimum energy.” When I politely asked for a durable cup for water, I was met with a mix of confusion, side-eye, and the kind of attitude you’d expect if I’d asked for a free sub and a foot massage. Then, as if things weren’t already off to a stellar start, they handed me my food without even bagging it—as in, I had to reach over the counter and package it myself.

So, let me get this straight: I’m expected to tip before anything is done, get greeted with a frown, endure passive-aggressive body language, and then do the bagging myself? All while receiving a sandwich that wasn’t even up to the usual Jimmy John’s standards?

Yeah, hard pass. I’ve been to other locations that actually seem to enjoy serving customers—and they don’t guilt-trip you for tips either.

Moral of the story? If you’re into mediocre sandwiches, packing your own food, and tipping for the privilege of being ignored, this is your spot. Otherwise, steer clear and let’s collectively remind the world: tips are for service, not just for showing up.

Monday, lunch hour 3 workers dancing around not a single customer in the place except for me and was completely ignored for eight minutes. They asked me what my name is for the order as I was walking out. I was just trying to walk in to get a sandwich quickly, but these clowns are too busy playing around at work.

This was the worst experience I have ever had ordering subs. First time I had been there ordered 2 subs. The lady rang up my order didn’t ask about what I wanted on them . I walked down where they were making my subs. One was already done I asked what he put on it. The one guy said everything. I said oh I didn’t want mayo or tomato. The other guy walked over grabbed the sub threw it across the room to the trash. He then rattled off what they put on the subs I said no mayo no tomato. Just then the first guy I asked that was nice said no she said no mayo. He then throws them together wraps them up. My order was 55.00 for 2 subs and 2 brownies. Never again! Most places either ask do you want everything on them or make them as you tell them what on them. Awful service. I used to manage and own 3 Subways if my employees treated my customers that way it would have been their last shift.

I’m only giving this store a 1 star bc this is where I shop, but I was supposed to get a free $5.99 original or favorite sub and when i go to check out (I added more things on top of it) but they only gave me a $2.60 discount. Petty, sure but that’s straight false advertisement. I honestly only ordered Jimmy Johns bc the free sub was expiring on the current day and I didn’t even get it.

I will change my review if it is looked into and taken care of. Customers shouldn’t get fake awards.

If I had to compare Jimmy Johns to another place I cannot. It’s a sub sandwich shop and it all depends on the person who prepared your sandwich. It can be just so so or it could be over the top. This experience at a new Jimmy Johns did not impress me nor depress me. I figure they are new to the center and only time will make them better and hopefully not worse.

This was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had the displeasure of eating. The bread resembles cardboard. Tasteless and stale! I only know there was meat on it because I saw a miniscule amount on the cardboard, but I couldn’t taste it. The only thing with flavor at all were the tiniest tomatoes I’ve even had on a sandwich. They left off the cheese and they might as well have left off the condiments because they were sparse, too. It’s close enough to walk to this location, but I’ll never spend another dime on this worthless restaurant. Might as well have another car wash!!!

It’s been awhile since having a Jimmy John’s sandwich. First time here at their new location; coming on a very stormy night — Wednesday, July 2nd. I ordered the #5 Vito sandwich with chips (BBQ) and a large fountain drink. The total after tax came to $14.21. Their bread is unique. I like it as it doesn’t fall apart like some sandwich or sub shops do. The quality of meats are equal; as are their brand of chips. I think where I’d favor another shop over JJ’s is in the variety of sandwiches offered, and the fountain drinks – eg Jersey Mike’s has cream soda and a unique root beer. Service was fine. They helped sign up for JJ’s rewards. The service was fast too; just as their advertisement says “freaky fast freaky good .” If you’re hungry and in the area, give them a try. I might be a frequent customer as they’re super close by. Sorry, no photos to share. If you’ve seen one of their subs, you’ve seen them all.
