I went through the drive-through waited 15 minutes for someone to help me. I never like to say excuse me on the intercom because I don’t like to rush the workers. I continued to wait and then I finally spoken to the intercom and got no response. I also honked my horn two times and no one wanted to help. I looked inside and saw that all the workers sitting at a table talking and eating, I get it. Everyone has their lunch, but I doubt it’s all at the same time.

My birthday was the 9th of February. This is the 3rd year in a row I got a free sandwich for my birthday. Plus I had enough points to get my daughter a sandwich too.
So even though our meal was inexpensive, I was super bummed!!
We got our sandwiches to go & when we got home to eat, the bread (which in my opinion is the whole reason Jimmy John’s is the best sandwich place) was rock hard on the bottom. Like hockey puck hard. Break your teeth hard. I’ve NEVER had a sandwich from Jimmy John’s more disappointing, but I usually go to the West Jordan location, it’s just now we live close to the Taylorsville location & went there instead.
Honestly, it kind of turned me off Jimmy John’s completely for quite awhile!!!
I work right next door to a subway & went there yesterday for my lunch break, and there bread was SO soft. And I realized I needed to speak up!! How is it that when Jimmy John’s employees cut the bread that they don’t notice how incredibly hard the bread is?! WHY would you even serve the sandwiches that way?! It made the sandwiches gross to be honest.
And I tried the pasta salad with pesto for the first time. For what it is, it’s not worth the price of it! I can make my own way better & cheaper.

I was really shocked with how Much Jimmy John’s quality of sandwiches have declined. I ordered a turkey Tom only to get the picture that I have attached. It didn’t have lettuce on it. It had a thin piece of turkey, a tomato and no lettuce. Then the customer service when I went in the door and asked if I could have the lettuce and then asked them if I could buy some extra turkey and cheese they charged me almost 3 dollars. I remember when Jimmy John’s used to take a lot of pride in their customer service and have a smiling face, and I was really disappointed in the level of quality they have now

Everytime I come here the sandwiches are the same. They are super delicious. I’m happy with eating here and satisfied with the service I get. It’s fast and delicious and eating here It’s some of the best food. So make sure you wear a mask when you go in and some places you can sit down and others you can’t. Make sure you know what you want before you go in because it makes things easier when there’s a lot of people. You can find a lot of menus on google or look up menus for Jimmy John’s online. They always forget SOMETHING. I asked for extra cucumbers one time and I got a beach club with no cucumbers. Then another time they forgot the jimmy peppers. And now they forgot napkins, fork for my pasta, and my straw. I love jimmy johns but come on.

Quality and service has gone down hill. This is the 3rd time they’ve forgotten to add mayo and mustard, and now they use lettuce as a filler to skimp on the meat. It’s literally 2 pieces each of turkey and roast beef and the rest is lettuce. What a ripoff! Would not recommend.

Gave me Diet Coke instead of Dr Pepper and pickle ranch instead of kicking. Not sure if the speaker/microphone sucks or if they are hard of hearing at this location. Ruined my lunch.

This place is amazing! I did an online order and the staff was very helpful and gave me my order right away. The people in front were very slow, but I was pleased when the staff realized I had an online order, and then gave me my sandwich right that second. The best part was, that it was all free! Freaky Fast Reward is great. Will definitely come back again, and the sandwich was out of this world amazing!

I’m sorry but what is this 3 cucumber slices? A handful MAYBE of lettuce? Is that considered the “regular” amount? Very skimpy on the ingredients. Love Jimmy John’s but this has got to be a joke. Not ordering from this location again that’s for sure.
