Drive through was pretty long and took a bit, but we were able to get through. Mom ordered an unwich version of her sandwich, but it didn’t come out that way. Luckily we looked at our order before we left the drive through like so we were able to get a new sandwich.

I gave my order. It wasn’t right I went back. Asked them to fix it even if I had to pay more they said they couldn’t. I offered scenarios on how they could fix it. It was like talking to a wall. Thanks, it’s not that hard. I ordered the box lunch they gave me just the sandwich. Somehow they can’t return the purchase and then order it correctly in a box. The person I am getting the meal for wants the cookie, pickle and chips. Wth. Negative -5 stars

This is mostly a message for management. I work nearby and needed something to eat after work (not many places are open past 10 anymore). I went through the drive thru on 10/10 at maybe 9:50 pm for a quick Turkey Tom. I realize it was riiiiight before close, but yikes. I’m not even sure there was one full slice of turkey on this sandwich. And those are my “extra pickles”. I would much rather have been told “we cleaned everything up” or “we’re out of turkey” than to have to throw most of my sandwich away. (P.S. there were a couple other people in the drive-thru lane that late!) Room for improvement!

When my family and I walked into this Jimmy Johns, on the evening of January 6, 2023, one of the employees was sitting on the counter, using his cell phone. My dad couldn’t find a clean table in the establishment, and we were the only customers at that time. He asked for a rag to clean a table himself. A staff member handed my dad a rag to clean a table and said, I’m sorry. All the meanwhile the employee sitting on the counter remained sitting there, using his cell phone. My family and I will not return to Jimmy John’s.

I have been to several Jimmy John’s in Utah County, but this one is by far the best. They are fast, friendly and the food is great! This is a busy location, but they always seem to be better staffed. The manager is also fantastic. He often will stop and say hello (yes, I may go there too often 🙂 As busy as they are, things are well managed and kept super clean. Keep up the great work guys!

Don’t order delivery, they will mess up your order and they know you can’t do anything about it. I’ve ordered delivery from them twice now and both times my order was atrocious. The reason I didn’t give 1 star is because if you go through drive thru or dine in the quality is more consistent. Overall a below average quality location imho.

I was excited for my Jimmy Cubano until I got home and it had barely any meat on it. Looked absolutely nothing like the image in the app. On top of that, the bacon had a horrendous taste to it. Maybe bad oil or something, I don’t know. All I know is bacon should not taste like that. I’ve enjoyed other sandwiches at other locations but this was not good at all.

You can’t ever go wrong with a good sandwich. JJ is always consistent. Consistency goes a long way with me. The fact that they are extremely fast and consistent is why I will always return. I can go here any day of the week and expect the same thing. Thanks JJ
