For as much as it costs to eat at Jimmy Johns the service should be as advertised and the sandwiches the same. Tonight we had the worst service I’ve ever had at a fast food place. We put in our order at 5:17 with one car in front of us and didn’t drive away until 5:45. There were 6 jimmy johns employees and only one making sandwiches, the rest not doing anything but laughing and goofing off. Not only did it take that long but the sandwiches were thrown together falling apart and not made nicely. My number #12 had 4 pieces of cheese and one slice of turkey. I’m appauld at the way this NEW jimmy johns is being ran.

Sitting at work Order two sandsandwichs. Club LU LU and a Tuna pretty simple couple chips and a soda. Driver was fantastic ! Open up the bag and open the sandwiches and nothing but PURE Dispapointment. for 32.00 these were the most bare tuna no meat was insane they were all but bald. Shame on you Jimmy Johns. I love Jimmy John’s and am actually a former employee myself. Jimmy John’s is usually great but this location has disappointed us on multiple occasions. Deliveries taking over an hour, drivers not wearing masks, and poor customer service to name a few.

Apparently employees just add what they want to the sandwich. Menu literally says meat cheese onions and oil and vinegar. I then had to ask for no veggies which is fine that’s normal. But now they add mayonnaise without asking. Can we just stick to the menu. Thanks
