Unbelievable, I ordered a giant East Coast spicy Italian and I simply ask for half of it with no onions and I was told I’m sorry we normally can’t do that so no, you have to order two sandwiches and it cost me an extra dollar this place is super BS if it wasn’t a chain, I’m sure someone would respond to this and care but I’m sure they won’t. I don’t understand how they have such poor service and definitely don’t care about their customers.

So the first time I got the spicy Italian sandwich it was perfect. I ordered the same sandwich today and it fell short. Only 5 peppers. So like 1 pepper per 3 bites. When I called to speak with the manager she told me their standard was only 4 peppers. Like what!? For the price of the sandwich and being told this information I will be eating at any of the 50 other sandwich shops in a 10mile radius. Even subway puts more toppings than that. I understand food pictures are misleading but the picture looks loaded with peppers at least put a notation under the picture. *only comes with 4 peppers*

These are the worse sandwiches we have ever had anywhere. I asked if they had a turkey and avocado as I have at other places and they have never looked kike this. I also ordered a BLT. There were 3 small pieces of bacon and they put it on there cold. The sandwich taste like Mayonnaise and bread. Should be minus stars. We don’t like subway but theirs are better. Unbelievable. Never again

First timer here.. went in to pick up my order and made my way to the pick up area, no one greeted me at all. I stood there for almost 10 minutes with no acknowledgment whatsoever. I’ve never been here so how would I know if I’m supposed to reach over the counter and look for my order? How hard is it to say “got an order to pick up? What’s the name?” And hand it to me.. that was weird to me.

Not sure what happened this time but it was really slow! Not like Jimmy John’s at all. We hadn’t been to this location in a while and for whatever reason it had a significantly long wait in the drive through with only a couple cars. Came back a couple weeks later on our way to run errands on north end of town and it was still slow . Hope whatever is going on gets resolved. Food was great tasting as always.

Ordered three sandwiches and picked up from drive through. Service was good and quick however when I returned home found out one of our sandwiches was missing the meat! And one other was made completely incorrect. Restaurant was closed by the time we made these discoveries so dinner sucked. I called the next day to inquire about a refund and they said they would replace the items when I come in next time. Great customer service but does not save for the fact that our dinner was lacking the night before.

2nd time at Jimmy John’s someone gave me a gift card there so I decided to give them another shot. 1st off this was the 1st time I ever got a cold Cuban sandwich, the bacon was cold, the sandwich lacked flavor. My wife’s sandwich wasn’t made right tasted gross. I’m not sure where the high quality is that they claim on their commercials.

I ordered an unwich and got bread
I had to go back inside and get my change, I had her a 20$ and as I drove off I had to turn back and ask for my change.. not happy all.
I can’t even enjoy my lunch because I can’t get bread,
⬆️ update.. I called and they made it right.. the young lady who took my order wasn’t feel well and I did see her face. She looked pale but was trying her best to pull through. I hope you feel better get some rest
