At 11:15 am, I tried ordering on the app, got errors three times which directed me to call the restaurant. Only got a voicemail message which said they were open from 10:30 am to 10:00 pm. No way to order my food. I gave up. I have heard similar complaints from friends who ordered online,only to arrive at a seemingly unresponsive drive-through and locked front doors. What is going on at this location?

Have come here many times, orders are always out out late, usually made incorrectly. Today, I picked up an online order. My wife’s sandwich was made correctly, but I got a double provolone that had no cheese on it. That’s like getting a Turkey sandwich with no Turkey. Waste of money. I sent in a complaint to corporate, hopefully I’ll get a refund. It’s frustrating as I love jimmy johns, but this location has horrible service. Jimmy johns in Pullman and Moscow have much better service, in town Subway is way better at serving the correct thing on time.

We went here for dinner around 6:30 ish and it was like I walked into a teenagers room. The worker had all his little buddies in there sitting at a table. When we walked in they didn’t greet us at all and walked up to the counter after we waited for him. He was in short shorts and slides then more of his buddies came in behind us and he gave them free food and drinks. I asked for a side of the kicking ranch sauce and he dropped it on the floor picked it back up put it BACK IN THE FRIDGE and gave me another cup. At lease subway has uniforms and more manners.

First, I go through the drive-through and they give me the wrong order. I have to turn around and go back and get the correct sandwich. Then JJBLT Has Hardly any mayonnaise, little bitty, crumbs of tomatoes, and a tiny bit of lettuce. Kind of defeats the purpose of a BLT. It was dry and tasted like day old bread

I have never eaten at a Jimmy John’s that was this slow. There were 7 or 8 people behind the counter and we were the only people in the store. It took a very long time for us to receive our order. The person that brought the order out to our table even apologized for being so slow. This was terribly slow service, not freaky fast as advertised. I will not waste my time going to this place again.

Our first time here, as we were traveling through town (we live 4 hours away). The food was very good, as usual from this brand.
Today, while eating lunch inside the store, all the staff members were exceedingly fun and entertaining to be around. Ive never experienced such a fun atmosphere at this brand before. Will return if ever this way again.

Ordered a #7 sandwich with extra sauce and oregano and extra Jimmy peppers. By the time I received the order the sandwich is completely soaked with oil and vinegar to where it is leaking from through the paper wrapper and through the bag itself. They gave me another sandwich which is a lot better than the first one I received but the attitude and integrity of some of the workers needs to be checked cause unfortunately, this is the last time I’m ordering from this franchise the pictures you see below is how I received my sandwich. Very disappointing

Ridiculous!! $13 for a sandwich and they dont tell you they’re out of the star ingredient until its made paid for and you’re picking it up. Then on top of that the bread is 2 yes that’s TWO inches wide and hard as a rock. Do not suggest this place at all!

First time and definitely the last time. Ordered 3 subs and a wrap combos between myself and 3 kids for a total of $70! We’ve gone to the Jimmy John’s in north spokane quite a few times and the sandwiches were always full and great tasting. This branch however is the opposite. After ordering, the store called me back to tell me that they ran out of lettuce….OK, so send someone to the store and get a head of lettuce or two and chop them up…their solution was to throw in some cookies. The pictures are of my Cubano that was minimal onnits ingredients and tasted like a salt block. The other picture is my 8 year olds. Anyway, this store is a perfect example of prices going up and quality going down.
