Very disappointed with this location JJ is one of my go to’s and I unfortunately found a hair in my unwich to which I am certain was not my own as it was wrapped into the paper of the unwich. I sent in feedback online six months ago…twice, and never heard anything back to this day.

Outstanding performance. I placed an order for 6 sandwiches on short notice for a work meeting, they had it ready in less than 10 minutes before I even got there to pick it up. When they say “freaky fast”, they mean it! Delicious, 10/10

The girl who brought my order was legit an angel! She had the prettiest eyeliner and was so so so nice! I accidentally hit pay with cash and had to call the store to pay differently. They handled it so well and got me everything accurately and immediately despite my mess up. Cannot boast enough about them. Absolutely made my day.

Well my last two experiences here have not been the best. The last time we were in it took 25 minutes for two regular sandwiches and two kid sandwiches. The store wasn’t even that busy. Last week I went back in and once again the customized toppings were not added which happens almost every time at this location. And I mean we are talking about adding peppers to a sandwich… that’s it. It’s really frustrating. I did a review complaint for the last experience of waiting 25 minutes for sandwiches and the manager was going to send a coupon for a free sub and never did. I just wish we could get the toppings on the sandwich that we order.

They put so little meat on the sandwich that it’s a joke. We ordered a little John for the kids and they put one little slice on each. They said this is normal. So I thought I’d take some meat off my sandwich and put on the kids. Then I open mine and it has hardly any meat! Last time I visit a Jimmy John’s. Complete joke for the price.

In every restaurant I go to, I ask for extra extra extra onions. No one sends to understand that request. The sandwich was good, but works have been better with the large amount of onions I asked for. They were personable there.

This not directed specifically towards Jimmy John’s in Laramie. It’s ALL Jimmy John’s I have eaten at in the last 5 years.
My experience is Jimmy John’s bread is always dry and stale. When over 50% of my sandwich is bread… it needs to be lot better than a dry and tasteless vessel to hold the insides together.

I have never left a review for a known/widespread company before. This Jimmy J’s is the best. They are so quick with the deliveries and pick up orders, ‘freaky fast and fresh’ for real! One time they delivered me a drink that didn’t come out right. I called the store to let them know so no other customers would have this experience and they offered to drive a new soda back to me, and I do not live near the store. They are really so quick, and very helpful. Keep thriving Jimmy J!

We had a kind of big order, 2 of the big sandwiches and a small lettuce wrapped sandwich. The smaller sandwich didn’t have anything but lettuce on it?? And the two bigger sandwiches were ordered as loaded with no tomatoes, when we got them, they didn’t have anything but meat, dressing, and cheese. So it was missing half of the ingredients, missing all the extras, and we paid almost $50 for it. I do like their food, this is the first time they’ve messed up my order

Why is it I ordered to have my sandwich cut in half, no napkins and when it was delivered, the sandwich wasn’t cut and they included napkins?? Obviously the employees aren’t reading the orders when they come across!
