Standard JJ. Nothing special here but also not the worst I’ve had. Service was very direct, not friendly, not rude. They were super busy when we went it. Store was visibly clean and kept up decent. Food was good.

Adam and his crew are incredible!!!! I accidently went to the wrong JJ and was stressed bc I had my dogs in the car and had ordered curbside and no one came out… so I went inside kinda upset- and they couldn’t find my order- turns out I was at the wrong place!! It was definitely was my fault, but the men working were EXTREMELY kind and caring, they made my food anyways and helped me out. This was incredible customer service from a sandwich shop- felt like I was at a 5 star steak house. I’m so greatful to Adam and his crew for my lunch today and the smile on my face. Thank you for being so nice when I was frustrated for being at the wrong store, y’all are amazing and deserve massive raises!!! I’ll def go out of my way again to come to this place!

We love this location! Food is always fresh and the employees are excellent! Devon and Lee, in particular, are so kind and patient with our high maintenance sandwich adjustments. Every time we come here…those two guys are so helpful, quick, and kind!

DONT ORDER DELIVERY from this location. Twice now my order never showed up. The drivers seem to never be able to find my address even though door dash doesn’t have a problem. Or they just don’t show up period. Also $20 for a sandwich and a cookie delivered, with a $2 tip. I’m sorry but if JJ raises prices any more then there’s no more money for tip. I liked the service for its convenience. I’ll take my business elsewhere. On a side note the employees I’ve talked to have seemed nice.

They took 2 hours to deliver my sandwich when I am .5 miles away. Contacted the store twice and they were super rude. Asked to be compensated and they hung up. Called corporate and they were rude and also said they couldn’t comp me ( lie because they have before) told me they would contact the store but they didn’t have to do anything to make it right! Corporate Had me fill out a questionnaire and still did nothing.

This is halirious. Growing line of people waiting for their food and none of these guys seem capable of even making a sandwich. Will I ever get mine? Time will tell….. Well, it took 30 minutes to get my sandwich. A few people before me were waiting much longer. They aren’t even busy, they are just really, really, really slow. So, this is my last JJ trip. I have had enough of their expensive, mediocre sandwiches and terrible service.
