I just ordered Jimmy John’s, one I ordered as a guest so I could not track my order for some reason. 30 minutes goes by, and I’m curious where my food is at. I give the restaurant a call and a kind gentleman tells me it should be there by now. I find it, that’s that. I was never notified it got dropped off. Then I get a call from the driver, I did not tip because I was going to do so in person, but because I was not able to track anything, I couldn’t. He calls me telling me if I wanted to leave a tip, which I find odd. I text him back and tell him I don’t feel super comfortable having someone tip on my behave and not in my handwriting. He then tells me I should have tipped on the phone when I was on the other end with the other person. Umm sorry no. At that point I had no idea where my food was even at why would I tip. I asked him if his store knew he was calling and texting me about leaving a tip and he said he saw nothing wrong in what he was doing. So I told him to leave me alone or I’m getting management involved. Seriously jimmy John’s. Even if I didn’t want to tip, I’m allowed that. Your employees should not be texting and calling people to tip them. That’s so unprofessional and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Keep in mind.. you are 5 minutes away from me, it wasn’t a hour long drive.

It’s been about 5 years since I’ve been to a Jimmy John’s and it’s good to know that the quality and size of the sandwiches haven’t been compromised. , The #9 has been my favorite in the past and it remains so now.

fast service. I love Jimmy johns because the quality is usually the same around. I love the Beach Club and the Picklewich. Very afordable and good rewards. Also the pesto salad and potato salad are both solid sides.

Jimmy John’s is typically a great place to eat. Unfortunately they made an error with my meal. I called and asked to have it corrected. They refused citing we do not make mistakes and the employees have been working here 5 years. I stated it was a simple mistake and they again refused. They finally offered a solution with a contingency that it is only good for the remainder of the day. I explained i could not get there today and they explained that I’d be outta luck. Never knew sandwiches were so valuable and time centric. Not a great experience for a long time Jimmy John’s patron. BTW – Jimmy Johns…don’t reply with we offered to fix your order if you came in that day. I explained this was not doable and yet you still ignored my request.

Literally 5 minutes away I ordered only a sandwich and 2 bags of chips took over an hour to deliver? By the time my food Got here the sandwich was soggy dude who delivered it was standoffish and honestly Never Ordering from this location again worst service I’ve received in a long time sad that 26 dollars for a meal that ended up in the trash what a waste

I just want to put this out there because I went for a late night sandwich in ZERO degree weather, and the wonderful lady and gentleman working the drive thru tonight deserve a raise. Working with a window constantly opening letting that cold air in in their JJ t shirts and being absolutely pleasant with such a happy attitude inspired me to say something because not many people would be so pleasant especially having to serve customers in such cold weather. Thank you to you both working the drive thru tonight, especially in the cold! Sandwiches were also absolutely delicious so amazing experience on all fronts
