placed order at 7:35. around 8:20 left the house to go see if my order was ready since it wasn’t giving me an update on when to pick up. walked in and my sandwiches were just sitting there in no bag just wrapped up in the paper they use and she told me she forgot to press that is was ready. food was cold. I was excited to try jimmy john’s since it was my first time. had a rough day and decided it wasn’t worth arguing with her about it. now i know better not to order through the app.

I ordered pick up. Veggie sandwich, no avocado spread(I’m allergic to avocado, not deathly, but still allergic,) add pickles. I bit in to it and opened it up. This is what I got, and that’s with me scraping the avocado spread off that was in my lettuce. No pickles. This location is my go to and usually on point. But not this time, not this time. Now I have to spend more money for lunch today.

I came into the store on Saturday night right before they closed and there were 2 ladies there. The one who took my order was very nice and helpful since I had never been here before and she made conversation and made me feel welcomed even though I came in so late. The other lady made my sandwich and it was really fast and when I got home the sandwich was made perfectly! The best customer service experience I have ever had! Will definitely be coming back!

Had to delete my 1 star review and upgrade to a 5 star! I had an unresolved issue with a previous order, but thankfully new management has since taken over. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sam. Sam took matters into her own hands and resolved the issue effectively and efficiently. I am looking forward to many more future visits, if this is the kind of customer service I can look forward to. I don’t know why it’s acceptable for us to wait 20-30* minutes* for an order placed through the app. We literally live across the street but we wait* like ten minutes so it will be for sure ready right ? They don’t start it until we walk in. .. then the 20/30 min wait for TWO sandwiches. While 3 separate customers walk in and grab their orders placed ahead of time.
Weve never been rude or placed and crazy orders. In fact we used to work at Firehouse subs when it was good. We know how it should work. A 20/30 min wait time is unacceptable.

I left Wimberley and I wasn’t that hungry, but by the time I got to San Marcos I was pretty hungry. Luckily, Jimmy John’s in just on the other side of IH 35 so I just stayed on 12 and drove just past Lowe’s to Jimmy John’s. The parking was easy and the people are friendly. They made the sandwich really fast and I was able to get a bit to eat and go finish my business.

I am new to SM. I’ve been to this location 2xs now and both times they Pad my order to a larger Size or like today I ordered original combo for 10.95. At the window it was nearly 16.00. They up the Size and said my choice of untrusted did not qualify for the combo. I won’t go back. Last time it was 15.00 Anda 1/2 portion of potato salad and larger sub.
