My first experience with this store. The staff was businesslike and went about finding my order promptly. I describe the employees as cordial and helpful and efficient. I was the only customer and was in and out in less than five minutes with excellent sandwiches. The whole experience was very good.

Whatever happen to service with a smile? Brought my girl for the first time to Jimmy Johns in Weslaco. Tall fat guy with a greying beard took my order. He seemed annoyed for no reason. When my girl ordered she was uncertain about two types of subs. Instead of helping by suggesting a choice the guy rolled his eyes and then started impatiently tapping his finger behind the register. The place was dead with no line behind us so I was not sure why he rushed us until after he placed our orders; then i saw him scrolling on his Tik-Tock behind a blindspot after he told others to make our subs. Maybe if he would have at least smiled and didn’t rush us I wouldn’t have cared as much. But a horrible first impression for my girl who i have been trying to convince to come with me to Jimmy Johns for weeks. She did like her sub though. She said it was real good…but again…’whatever happen to service with a smile?’

We ordered through drive thru and pulling out of the parking we opened our sandwich only to see that it had a huge bite out of it. That doesn’t look like a piece was torn off. It looks like someone took a whole bite off our sandwich. We took it back and watched them make another. But now I’m double thinking if they’re doing other things to everyone’s food that we haven’t noticed. Extremely disgusting and disappointing.

Delicious food I love JJ! We live in Edinburg and rarely get the chance to eat at one so we stopped omw to ️. The restaurant was clean, the staff was nice & professional and our food was good. I see ppl complaining in the comments this place isn’t subway. All I can say is thank bog for that. It’s way better. If you don’t like oil & vinegar tell them not to put it on the order ♀️ simple. But certainly not “con” that should stop anyone from coming. They customize and make to order. Clean & efficient. I would recommend this location for sure.

Love the variety and the staff is friendly and efficient. Get the app for specials and first order gets you one of their 8 inch sandwiches. Pretty cool.

Sandwiches only come cold and bread is hard. Wasn’t the best sandwich because subway offers toasted at least. Ton of oil from the vinegar oil mixture oozing out. I ordered the gargantuan and Italian and it was the same size just different meats so save your $2 and get a regular
